About this apartment rental
Beautiful 70 sqm apartment on two levels with a refined and modern terrace. Just renovated, finished in every detail and equipped with every comfort.
Decorated in yacht style, the feeling is that of being in a sailboat but with the same comfort of a home.
Located a short walk from the center in a quiet street. From the pleasant terrace overlooking the green and the two forts: Forte Filippo and Forte Stella.
In the months of July and August PARKED CAR IN BOX COVERED in the garage below the apartment where you can keep, in addition to the car, the bicycles.

- kitchenette with 4 gas burners, oven, sink, 80 cm fridge and wall units, closed by wooden doors
- habitable terrace with 80x160 table for 6-8 people,
- double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
- bedroom with 2 single beds, small desk and wardrobe
- bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and bidet
- second bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet
On the 2nd level, a mansard (accessed by a comfortable wooden staircase from the living room):
- bedroom with 2 single beds
- bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet
- room, closed by doors, containing a washing machine and a second 80 cm refrigerator
INSTALLATIONS:
- 3 air conditioners: one in the living room, one in the attic and the third in the master bedroom
- electric heating in all rooms and bathrooms for the winter season
- electric water heaters for bathrooms and kitchen
