About this house rental
Large and comfortable holiday home (AIR CONDITIONED), on two levels with exposed wooden beams.
The house is located in a 2-storey building with a semi-independent entrance.
On the first floor large living room with TV, sofa for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Kitchen equipped with all the crockery and the necessary for cooking, cutlery pots etc .....
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with AIR CONDITIONER, two bedrooms with double bed (one with ensuite bathroom) and one with two beds (which can become a double bed on request) .Two bathrooms, one with shower the other equipped also of bathtub .You will find everything you need: table and iron, washing machine (on the balcony) and hairdryer, you can only come with the suitcase and the rest I think .... on request I also provide linen.
Do not neglect the PRIVATE MACHINE PLACE (medium size car) under the house. Perimeter balcony 10 meters long and 1 mt wide.
In addition, the house has an autoclave and independent water tank in the event that during the summer there was a shortage of water on the promontory.
At 100 meters there is the supermarket and a few meters bakery bar and other shops and services.
For a walk on the seafront the Port area is close (about 300 meters) so no car is needed.

From the moment we booked, we were in constant communication with Vittorio, who made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived and readily responded to all of our questions and concerns, from where to eat to where and how to rent a boat with or without a skipper.
The house is neat and tidy with ample space for 2 families and is extremely convenient to the old town port; one can literally walk everywhere. There is also a supermarket and salumeria/enoteca next door.
There are 4 A/Cs and a washing machine and ample balcony space.
