Guinness House is a spacious, self-catering holiday home designed to bring you closer to nature, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests across a main house and a separate studio chalet.
Main House - Sleeps 13
Living Areas: The home features two distinct sitting rooms; one with a cozy stove, and another with a desk and direct access to the private beach. The bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area has a large table for 12, an island with a breakfast bar, and floor-to-ceiling windows with doors leading to the garden.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a double oven, 5-ring hob, dishwasher, and a Samsung fridge-freezer.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The main house has 6 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, and 3 shower rooms.
Bedroom 1: Double Bed & Single Day Bed with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Double Bed with ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3: Double Bed.
Bedroom 4: Double Bed.
Bedroom 5: Double Bed.
Bedroom 6: Two Twin Beds.
Outdoor Living: A paved patio off the kitchen features a BBQ and a large, raised seating area with stunning sea views. Steps lead directly from the front of the house onto your private sandy beach.

This self-contained space includes two single beds, a pull-out bed, a kitchenette (2 electric rings, microwave, fridge), a dining table, and a private shower room.

A fabulous house in a fabulous location perfect for family and or friends gathering. Plenty of space so you are not under each others feet, third visit and booked for next year.

The house is wonderful, well equipped for a large family get together with lots of space both indoors and out . Two dishwashers and an extremely well equipped kitchen makes catering for a large group much more practical. We were honoured that the owners trusted us with their collection of books which was so interesting, particularly the guest books from old. A added bonus was having a separate sitting room for the kids with lots of games and a table tennis and small pool table .
The kids were on the beach at 7.15am exploring rock pools and playing in the sand . In fact they were outside most of the time which was great . We had super weather and were treated to an incredible light show from the Aurora on our final night .
A few torches would be great , otherwise perfect .can we come back please .

The bedrooms are well planned for mix of quiet and not so quiet or young and not so young! Well equipped kitchen, great selection of books, comfy garden furniture. Pizza oven. Suited everyone with a huge age range!

Second time at the Guinness house and it was even better than the first. The house is the most perfect location and is spotless, everything you could need for a family get together. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. This place holds a really special place in all our hearts and we can't wait to come back again <3
