Villa Carlos is a beautiful seaside villa in the middle of the Greek countryside and near the Patras, the regional capital of Western Greece. The villa, with a residence of 300 sqm, verandas and gardens, has been professionally designed, built and fitted to the highest standards and expectations. Bespoke furniture and selected works of art and decoration complete the setting and create a fully functioning environment for a luxuriously relaxed living.
The residence, providing housing up to 10 persons in 5 uniquely designed and furnished bedrooms, and 5 luxurious bathrooms, is fully equipped with air conditioning and full central heating and fireplace for winter use, and includes all modern electrical appliances and amenities, including an elevator for the upper floors. There are also telephone and internet connections, as well as satellite TV, in addition to a collection of recreational games, books, movies and musical instruments.
Located in Agios Basileios, a suburb 15km from Patras, the villa combines both the tranquility of the Greek countryside and also advantages of being close to a big city with many amenities & conveniences. A car is not essential due to the proximity of the venues and the services of the local area (and since bicycles are provided by the owners), in addition to the fact that a suburban railway connects the suburbs to the city center. Nevertheless, there are many local destinations, resorts and attractions that require a vehicle.
The wider area, being a summer resort for many of the city’s residents, offers a wide range of various cafeterias, taverns, restaurants, and also bars, clubs and even a casino. Concerning the various activities, apart from swimming and beach sports, there are wind, sup & kite surfing spots, and also Patras has many scuba diving or sailing schools. We had a large group come to Patra for a conference at the University of Patra and this home was ideal for location and convenience for all guests. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group and it would be great for a family gathering. Walking distance to the beach. Spyros and his family were there to meet us and help us get acclimated.

This amazing villa accommodated my family of 6 with ease for 14 nights.
The house is large , elegant and extremely well equipped
The Carlos family is extremely professional and truly delivers a meticulous priduct.
The house is located in a beautiful seaside village - suburb of patras which is a large city located 13 km away easily accessible by train , car or bus
The Carlos villa is a 4 floor maisonette style villa with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an elevator
There are 2 kitchens
Each room has AIr conditioning and a wall mounted plasma TV
The house has free Wifi and a phone line with free calls to a land phone anywhere in Greece
There is a soccer field next door for the kids to play and ample parking available aside from an indoor parking garage spot
Mountain bikes are also provided
The sea is just steps away - about 70 m
It was the first time during all my travels that I actually felt just as comfortable as in my own home in canada

Wir wurden sehr nett mit einem warmen Abendessen empfangen.
Das Haus ist wunderschön. Keller + 2 Etagen. Damit man nicht so viel Stiegen steigen muss gibt es sogar einen eigenen Lift.
Das Haus ist erstklassig ausgestattet. Klimaanlage, WLAN im ganzen Haus, 4 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad, Fernseher. Mehrere Balkone. Eine große Terrasse unten vor dem Haus. Auf der Rückseite ein Grillplatz.
Weiters gibt es eine Garage, Fahrräder, Standuntensilien.
Es gibt 2 Küchen, beide voll ausgestattet.
Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen können.

We spent a wonderful week in Rio thanks to the Carlos family hospitalité and a house where we found everything we need (and even more!)
Children and adults played guitar and babyfoot inside, played socker, ride bicycle and ran outside.
And the sea nearby offered us funny and nice moments
If we can, we will come back!
