Villa Nefeli is a four-level, certified passive-house villa with a private 55 m² pool and 1,000 m² garden in the coastal village of Kato Alissos, just 15–20 minutes from Patras. It comfortably hosts families and groups, with 3 bedroom suites, a large playroom with 4 bunk beds and sofa beds, and 5 bathrooms (including one fully accessible).
Enjoy a bright open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Netflix, elevator to all floors, steam bath, massage chair, billiard table, ping pong, gym and laundry area. We stayed for a work trip for three weeks and the house was awesome for the entire time. The host was easy to communicate with and helped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a stay in the area.
