The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

This unit is a great location. Walking distance to downtown. It’s on the second floor so a little noisy when the pool is busy. Great view and nice grounds.

Our stay at the Grandview on lake Chelan was overall great. There was some construction going on at times but not super noisy or bothersome. Our room was left alone and we were able to have plenty of privacy. The view from the balcony was exactly like the pictures in the listing and the room was clean and fit the description. The shower was not the greatest but got the job done. I would recommend this place and hope to visit again!

The Grandview on the Lake is my favorite place to stay in Lake Chelan, unfortunately this was one of the worst rooms I have stayed in there. The carpet was terribly stained as was some of the furniture. The bathroom is so tiny that you have to close the door to get in the shower. This was my wedding night so this all came as quite a disappointment. The staff managing the property were very nice though and even let us check out two hours late because there weren’t many guests that day. I would recommend the property, but because the rooms are individually owned, you don’t know what shape each condo is in.
