Nice house up in the hills of Liguria for 6 persons. From the garden you have a panorama sea&hills view. Wonderful gardens, for anyone who loves a natural feel. The outdoor facilities (garden, pool) are theoretically shared but in practice it feels like the domain is yours. The retired owners are so lovely, friendly and discrete, and gave the stay something of a home away from home feel. It helps, that the gardens are so vast, so making noise and drinking won`t disturbe anyone, we found out. They owners have 2 very sleepy cats that love all the attention the can get. The blind and deaf dog gets a walk each day being guided by a stick. At night is is quiet and cool and you can hear the owls. The pool is nice, but we went to the sea, which is a 15-20 minutes drive depending on where you go. As it turns out, Varigotti has a really nice beach club called Conchiliglia d`Oro where we had lots of Spumante and the beach is pretty. In the summer it is recommended to go to the beach after 17.00 because of parking. All in all, perfect for people that want the quiet authenticity and love the beach.

Das Haus ist von einen wunderschönen blühenden Garten umgeben mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, bis auf den Schneebesen, den wir vermisst haben :-)
und das ganze Haus ausgesprochen sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Inserat ist die Anreise nicht richtig beschrieben, fährt man mit Hilfe von Google Maps wird man unter Umständen über 1.5 Kilometer über eine Naturstrasse geführt, die einem Bachbett gleicht und eine arge Belastung für ein stark beladenes Fahrzeug darstellt. Die Anreise sollte unbedingt über die Naturstrasse zwischen San Giorgio und San Felippe erfolgen. Dann geht es nur 300 Meter über eine unbefestigte Strasse. Gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht für jedes Fahrzeug und jeden Fahrer bewältigbar, ist sicher auch das letzte Stück Weg: Sehr steil und schmal. Unser vollbeladener Kombi mit Automatik-Getriebe hat es knapp geschafft. Für die Anreise empfiehlt es sich, die Autobahnausfahrt Noli/Spotorno zu nehmen und dann oben am Berg Richtung Vezzi Portio zu fahren. Das ist die best ausgebaute Strasse.
Wer die Anreise nicht scheut, wird man mit absoluter Ruhe, einem wunderschönen Garten, tollen, praktisch unbefahrenen Wegen durch die Macchia und ausgesprochen sympathischen und liebenswerten Vermietern entschädigt. Wir und unser grosser Hund haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Wohnung allen empfehlen, die Lust auf Natur und Abgeschiedenheit haben.
