Nice short stay, but not entirely comfortable for the price paid

Nice view. Nice surrounding terrain, very picturesque.

Difficult road to reach the place, lots of stairs to reach the apartment (no fun with heavy luggage on warm summerdays), bedroom separate from main building where kitchen, bathroom and living room are located. Bedroom is very low, you cannot stand there. AC’s were old and not working easily in the bedroom. We could not lock the main building/living room when we were in the bedroom; that has to be improved. High price per night for what you get.

Amazing relaxing vacation!

The view, the facilities and overall cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the reception host. The place is sitting on a hill surrounded by olive and fig trees - so beautiful! The pool is amazing and offers a view of the sea as well!

The apartments could have been a bit better equipped with necessary things (more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, spatulas for the kitchen, ice tray etc).

Bright, functional apartment with a great view

Erica messaged us before arriving with instructions and met us on arrival. She was very friendly and gave helpful recommendations. The apartment was bright and spacious and suited us for a 5 night stay. The view was beautiful. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. You can walk down to Finaleborgo or Finale, it’s 1km off-road. I would recommend wearing proper trainers or walking shoes as the path is steep and rocky, but we used it everyday as the walk up the road is 3km.

The shower could have been cleaner, the grout and silicone had started to go black. The rest of the apartment was spotlessly clean. There was some noise from surrounding apartments and the gardeners on one day. We decided to go out that day.

Do not hesitate just book you will enjoy the view, the clam and the atmosphere

First the view from our terrace, directly open to the sea, really quiet and cosy. The fact you’re up the hill gives you the quietness and the view, the town’s center is just 3min drive down the hill. You have private garage with your accommodation and this is a plus, especially if you’re doing some biking. We couldn’t use the pool as we were early in the spring season. The hostess has been amazing, extremely friendly and really helpful. From now one il Borgo will be my stop when I plan to come back to Finale region.

You could always say something, the only real point for personal comfort, a little wider beds. But the actual beds are good.

Superb

You can see the effort put into the grounds, design etc. Kitchen was excellent. Good wifi. Neat touches in the rooms. Very nicely done outside areas. Friendly and always available staff.

A few details here and there. Bathroom furnishings getting a bit older and a few child unfriendly gaps still. Would definitely stay again though.

Great place for a nice stay with our dog

The staff was very kind and friendly. Whenever we had a question, we could call someone. The view over the hills and down to the sea was amazing. We can really recommend this place.

Nice apartments in quiet location above Finale

Nice apartments, well furnished and clean, spacious terrace with bbq facilities. Swimming pool, table tennis, sun loungers. Nice views.

Do not recommend at all.

Property was clean

Would not recommend! Very poor for the amount of money paid. Our apartment did not have a view as advertised. None of the 3 Air conditioners worked and apartment was so hot it was difficult to sleep ( we were not the only guests whose aircons did not work). The apartments are a long way from the beach (not as advertised) you could not stay here without a car as taxis do not respond. Pool could only be used during certain hours. No effort what so ever was made to make guests stay comfortable. No soap or shampoo available (nearest supermarket 3kms). Kitchen did not have tea towels to dry dishes or ice tray in freezer. 3 wine glasses only in the kitchen, jug needed to be thrown out as water turned grey….etc etc There were many mosquitoes and no mozzie coils, we did buy some but there were no matches. Basic apartment ammenities not available. Very very disappointing given it was nearly 800€ for 2 nights.

Super stay... a bit far up the hill on a very narrow road but well worth the trip.

No breakfast . Was an equipped apt . Apt was clean /ell appointed with private garden terrasse with view of sea . Large pool was a huge plus .everything very clean except for garbage bins . Manuela is an EXCELLENT manager . Super welcome with clear explanations and follows up to ensure all is well . A very high energy and dedicated person .

Some basics in the apt such as soap / detergent ( incl dishwasher ). Should have towel change at least every 3 days .

Very clean and big apartment, well furnished with all the comforts (dishwasher, oven and microwave etc.), nice, helpful and kind host, calm location on the hills but still quite close to the city center and the beach both by car and walking.

There was low pressure of the water in one of the showers. Quite uncomfortable sofa-beds in the living room and very thin pillows.

Good

The swimming pool.

The second bedroom we booked was not suitable for the ages of our children. The ceiling was too low for children over age 10 to stand up in and my kids kept banging their heads. Also the outside terrace was too small for 5 people to sit around the table comfortably. It looked more spacious in the website photos. A tree was blocking the view of the sea entirely, which was a shame.

Fair value for money

Nice apartment, well organized, with a very comfortable queen bed.

The sofa bed is a rational solution for saving space, but it can be a bit annoying during the day. The location is nice, but you can't do almost anything without a car.

Nice place centered around a terrasse with a stunning view, breating sun and ocean air

Very nice location above the roofs of Finale ligure. Great terrasse, which was "the center" of our stay and offered a great view down the hill up to the ocean. Manuela, our host, was available and helped us solve little issues with our temporary home. We also enjoyed a lot the swimming pool, which was managed according to Corona rules. Wifi worked well. Nice overall ensemble with also nice gardens (we only had a terrasse).

More cutlery and dishes would have helped to avoid us wash by hand or run half-empty dish-washers. The rooms could have been somewhat more spacious and somewhat higher (the part where slept our 4 "children", one of the being 180 cm tall, did not have full height). A second sun shade would have created the option that all 6 of us could have been sitting outside in the shade at once (the small shade covered a max of 4 persons)

Beautiful view

Limit time for the pool and the guard always on survey. I would prefer to know these rules before , the kitchen not so easy to use sometimes doesn’t go and the door of the bed room impossibile to close. No light in the second bathroom

Will come back for sure

The location is on the hillside, with a fabulous view. Nice clean apartment with everything you need, and a fantastic terrace. It´s 2,5 km from downtown Finalborgo, so it´s quiet place.- You can walk or drive down when you need supplies or want to visit a café. Staff (Manuela) was very nice and helpful :-)

Super Aussicht, mit Grill, eigener Garage (hat ein Q4 mit Dachbox drin Platz), erlaubtes Bikewaschen, gute Austattung, super nette Gastgeberin!

Etwas weit am Schuss, aber Pizza-Lieferdienst kommt trotzdem pünktlich in 20min ;)

direi in generale molto positivo

la persona che ci ha accolti (Erica) molto disponibile e gentile. l'appartamento confortevole per 5 persone, ben attrezzato per cucinare e molto bello e meritevole lo spazio all'aperto. località tranquilla circondata da ulivi e con una bella vista in parte anche sul mare.

muri poco isolati (sentivamo i vicini del piano sopra). da migliorare la pulizia e da fare qualche piccola manutenzione al bagno.

Perfekt für Urlaub in Finale

Lage ist top, Garage für Auto ist super, viel Platz im eigenen Garten mit Tisch und Liegestühlen, große Wohnung, Ausstattung der Küche an sich ok, nen Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine wären noch Nice To Have, Bad und Spülmaschine sehr praktisch, enorm viel Stauraum in Schränken und co, Bett sehr bequem

Fernseher könnte nen Ticken größer sein, technisch aber auf neuestem Stand, das war cool. Soda nicht das bequemste aber nicht unbequem Klobürste sowie Duschkopf haben das Ende ihrer Lebenszeit erreicht, die müssen getauscht werden.

Sehr ruhige Lage mit Ausblick. Buchung und Kommunikation mit Vermieter top. Charme der Wohnung (alt teils renoviert), eben italienisch.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, eigener kleiner Garten mit Olivenbaum und Grill

Man ist zwingend auf das eigene Auto angewiesen, die Unterkunft liegt 180 Höhenmeter über dem Dorf, dementsprechend grandios ist auch die Aussicht! Leider war der schöne Pool im Oktober bereits geschlossen. Unter den Schränken ist eine Grundreinigung nötig, zudem hat das Sofa Flecken, sonst sehr sauber.

Die Ferienanlage ist schön, aber insgesamt doch in die Jahre gekommen, sie liegt ruhig aber recht erhöht über Finalborgo

Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat auf Fragen vor Ort schnell reagiert. Die Wohnung war gut und praktisch eingerichtet, hatte grosse Kleiderschränke und Kommoden und viel Ablageflächen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten; besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöner Garten mit Tisch/Stühlen und Liegestühlen zum entspannen.

Drei Monate nachdem wir die Buchung bestätigt bekommen haben (6 Wochen vor Anreise) erhielten wir von Italianway die Mitteilung, dass die gebuchte Wohnung in diesem Zeitraum nicht verfügbar sei. Angeboten bekamen wir als Alternative eine kleinere Wohnung, die für uns nicht passend war. Wir hatten ein langes Hin- und Herschreiben, duzende Nachrichten und für uns eine grosse Enttäuschung. Unsere Vorfreude war hin. 10 Tage vor Reiseantritt bekamen wir die Mitteilung, dass die ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung nun doch verfügbar sei. Für all die Umstände und den Ärger sind sie uns mit nichts nicht entgegengekommen. Die Wohnung wurde zwar vor einigen Jahren erneuert, das Badezimmer war aber immer noch recht alt mit lotterndem Wasserhahn in der Badewanne und die Platten wurden nicht erneuert sondern nur gestrichen. An den Wänden und Decken hatte es Spinnennetze und zerdrückte Mücken. Der Pool ist recht in die Jahre gekommen und weist am Boden defekte auf. Das WIFI hat die ersten vier Tage unseres Urlaubes nicht funktioniert.

Hele leuke accomodatie met schitterend uitzicht in een gezellige plaats!

Het uitzicht en de tuin. De behulpzame dame via de app. Dat het in Finale Ligure ligt, want heel gezellig. Zeker gecombineerd met Borgofinale. En ook niet te vergeten de hele leuke attentie voor onze hond.

De trap op naar de tuin zonder licht. De geverfde badkamertegels waar de verf van losliet.

Vacance détente

Logement bien équipé avec un grand jardin et un barbecue. La vue sur mer depuis le logement est juste incroyable. L'acceuil et la disponibilté de notre hôte Erica qui nous donner de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses.
