The mountain view from the balcony, complimentary bottle of wine from the owner's vineyard, complimentary lemons from the host's orchard

The road to the property is very narrow and challenging. It may not be suitable for a bigger van. The property is advertised with only Italian and Spanish spoken. In fact, the host doesn't speak Spanish but only Italian. The breakfast is quite poor, and it is served in a building around 200m away from the accommodation; a steep hill needs to be taken for the last few metres down. The way it's served may make you feel uncomfortable.

Would have been helpful to have some guidance on how to reach the accommodation for those arriving by foot or public transport. May also be worth noting that it maybe tricky to access for those not arriving by car

They are cash only. Clean rooms, nice view. A bit far from town

The room was cleaned well and although it took us a few tries to get the air conditioning working, once we did it was nice and cool. The view of the mountains is great, and the gardens are beautiful.

They do not take credit cards. This was not made clear until check out. Our stay was several hundred euros and it was uncomfortable to be informed that they don’t take cards when trying to pay at the end. So we had to drive down be winding mountain road to an atm and then back up the mountain with cash. It was a waste of time. We have stayed at many small B&Bs in Italy and this is the only one that didn’t take cards. This would have been fine if we had been told ahead of time and could have been prepared with cash. Also they had to take our passports overnight, I think to get them copied in town. I didn’t love being without my passport. Again this is not an experience I’ve had at other B&Bs. They need a technology upgrade, a square space and a copier. Also good to know the road is pretty winding and steep to the location. And the staff speaks zero English, so there may have been a communication issue with the cash and passports, but it was an unusual, inconvenient experience.

Price-quality balance is good

The breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly, the place is in a relaxing location up On hills, nice view and has a balcony. It’s Close to many nice public beaches and Finale Ligure center. For bikers can be interesting to bike.

The way up to the place is a bit curvy and narrow.

Will be back

We had to leave already after one night because of a family issue. Manuela was super understanding and exceptional. The location is the best place for relaxing abd enjoying nature. A tiny medieval village and many dreamy paths. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view. I will come back!

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Einfache und sehr familiäre Unterkunft etwas oberhalb von Finale Ligure. Optimal für jene, die Ruhe suchen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben auch viele Tipps für Touren oder Sehenswertes gegeben. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Alles wird selbst mit viel Liebe gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Ich würde wieder kommen!

Toll war die Möglichkeit, dass man im Garten grillen konnte. Und wenn es Fragen gab, hat man schnell eine Lösung von den Vermietern bekommen. Sehr angenehmes Klima!

Assolutamente da evitare!

Camera arredata con vecchi mobili, dal bagno proveniva cattivo odore e aprendo la finestra per cambiare aria, la stanza si è riempita di zanzare. La strada per raggiungere la struttura è stretta e impraticabile.La titolare sostiene che in un Agriturismo non ci si deve aspettare niente di meglio, ma allora perché pretendere 110 euro a notte per un servizio così scadente? Chiedi 50 euro e allora uno capisce subito cosa l’aspetta.

Le colline hanno gli occhi

La posizione, immersa nel verde, è sicuramente caratteristica. La gentilezza dei proprietari mette senz'altro a proprio agio, bottiglia di vino omaggio inclusa. Comoda la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente del parcheggio.

La "pulizia" delle stanze avviene a caso, una volta ogni 2/3 giorni. Il pagamento solo in contanti è un retaggio medievale, ma tant'è. Il punto peggiore è l'orario della colazione... In quale albergo viene servita alle 8:30?!?! A quell'ora, ad agosto, si è già pronti per la spiaggia, andrebbe anticipata alle 7:30. Peccato, sarei stato curioso di provare dei prodotti tipici.

Posizione top,cordialità dei proprietari,colazione buona e abbondante con prodotti genuini. Disponibilità dei proprietari che ogni giorno ci chiedevano se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Siamo stati accolti con una buona bottiglia di vino di loro produzione e ci hanno salutato regalandoci dei limoni della loro pianta.

A noi è piaciuto tutto,era ciò che cercavamo: tranquillità e un punto d' appoggio per vistare luoghi e spiagge meravigliose in un ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo.

Gut erholt bei sehr lieben Gastgebern

Wir haben uns im Agriturismo Barilaro, in den ligurischen Hügeln oberhalb von Finale Ligure, sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber Manuela und Vittorio waren sehr freundlich und haben sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, einen Kühlschrank, ein sehr bequemes Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Alles, was man für einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es gibt auch einen Garten, wo man sich unter den Zitronenbäumen entspannen kann. Zum Abschied gab es sogar noch Zitronen und Wein aus eigenem Anbau als Abschiedsgeschenk. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsziele und mit der Zeit lernt man, sich mit der Knappheit an Parkplätzen abzufinden. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Il posto è raggiungibile con una carreggiata a doppio senso ma in cui passa solo una macchina alla volta quindi nel raro caso in cui si incontrino altre macchine bisogna far manovra per mettersi nei punti più larghi

Wir haben den erholsamen Urlaub mit allen Sinnen genossen

Sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Zeit zum Austausch über Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ruhige Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht (Badezimmer, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, TV, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine) Wunderschön der große Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen und Blumen. Hier findet jeder eine freie Ecke zum Entspannen, den Ausblick zu genießen und ein Glas hausgemachten Wein zu trinken. Schöne Gegend für Spaziergänge. Parken ist direkt vor der Unterkunft möglich.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft (ca. 2 km) ist eng, steil und kurvig. Dafür wird man, oben angekommen, mit Ruhe entschädigt.

Un’ottima soluzione per godersi il mare e la montagna

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L’agriturismo è immerso nel verde e rimane a soli 10 minuti in auto dal mare. Un’ottima location per una vacanza rilassante. L’oste si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra necessità.
