Marvellous country house with independent dependance and private swimming pool is 1h driving distance from Rome and approx 2h from Florence.
The house is surrounded by a flourishing garden. The interior decor kept the typical charme of the houses in that area of Italy. The nice village of Sangemini is just 10 minutes distance. Many activities are possible ranging from horse riding to rafting to hiking, etc. Narni, Todi and Spoleto are nearby villages full of arts and culture.

It is a cozy house offering 3 large rooms and an extra large living room, partially powered by solar panels.
A very nice pool with a view of a beautiful set of Umbrian mountains is a few steps from the house.
House and pool are surrounded by a large garden having large oak trees offering freshness in the middle of the day.
A 7kWh EV charging, also feed by solar panel energy, is available.
Hosts are very carfull and warm.
It's been a great pleasure for us to stay for a few weeks there.

The house is on a beautiful spot in the Umbrian hills. Directly after being welcomed by Maura we felt totally at home. The pool, the garden, the house itself; all of this was simply excellent! We hope to return some day!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Villa, gardens and pool were superb.Really nice quiet, friendly area and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go.
