Unique house with unique decor and comfortable air conditioning

The small garden with bamboo trees is perfect for breakfast. The air conditioning is well positioned to chill, but not to blow onto the bed. The decor in the house is very artistic and creates unique atmosphere. 5 min walking to the beach.

Just few small items, like salt and pepper and couple of tea bags would make perfect

2 bedroooms, pretty cold inside even outside was very hot, next to the property was very nice café for breakfast and further a good restaurant, not far from bus stop, very fast communication.

it was hard to find as in a booking house number was not indicated..

It is a beautiful place with safe parking, lovely restaurants, bars, and a lovely cafe called NENE that's 10 meters away from the accommodation. It is very comfortable and within two minutes of the ferry so that you can explore the rest of Lake Como! San Giovanni is a great little gem!

It was loud at night, hard to check in, cat hair inside, no wifi or ammenities like salt, pepper or body wash

Good

The apartament is located in San Giovanni, a 25 minutes walk from the center of Bellagio. Is only one room with a sofa bed, a fully equiped kitchen and a very small bathroom. It is pretty dark and cold since is located at the first floor of a building of apartaments but during summer time this is a good thing. At 5 meters from the location you will find Nene cafe where you can start your day with an espresso and a croissant.

As others said, there are no indications to reach to the location, and the phone number from Booking is not reachable. We were lucky we read one comment above saying how to reach our destination. When the bamboo ends, is the first gate on the right (number 17). There was a worker in there which helped us with the phone number of the lady who owns the apartament. There might be done some improvements regarding the communication with the clients. The internet connection is poor, we weren't able to connect to it. Also, the courtyard may need some more attention, it looks very sloopy.

Nice apartment with amazing hosts close to Bellagio and some lake beaches.

The apartment and the hosts are amazing! The apartment is perfect for a couple. It has a kitchen to prepare some of your meals in case you are tired and a lovely terrace to seat and relax outside. Besides that the room is cold which is perfect for the hot summer nights! The location is also really good. 15min walking to Bellagio where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants. Lake beaches (one of them with bar) at 3 to 7 min walking from the door. Also the small town where the house is has a café where you can have breakfast in the morning. The hosts are really friendly and welcoming. The mother and his son will help you with everything needed and give you the best tips of what to visit and see around the location. They speak Italian, Spanish and English. We recommend it 100%.

There is nothing to complain about our stay in this apartment. We had a comfortable and friendly stay.

Rafaella and her dog welcomed us with enthousiasm :) the garden is great for dogs! The apartment has everything you need.

The sofa bed wasn’t really comfy. We slept reversed the second night wich was better.

Blizina parkinga,dobar wifi,izbor tv programa,simpaticno uredjeno.veliki je obijekt(na 3 kata)super kupaonica s masaznom kadom.perilice nema.lijepa mala terasa u hladu susjedove sume bambusa

Lokacija je u bellagiu,ali do centra ima 30tak min pjesice..s autom 5,ali je guzva na parkingu.pored je simpatican restorancic za dorucak i koji koktel.kuca je s dosta starog drvenog namjestaja i kaminom koji daje specifican miris.u gradu nema blizu ducana pa je dobro ponijeti od doma kavu ili caj jer se lokali otvaraju i zatvaraju za dorucak itd.doduse docekala nas je za dobrodoslicu boca vode,yli smo je nasli u frizideru zadnji dan jer je frizider sakriven u nekakvom ormaru..mislili smo da je bojler jer nismo nasli kako sr pali grijanke s obzirom da je vani bilo 7* tokom noci

La casa muy limpia, pero el WC podria mejorar, el apartamento queda un poco apartado de Bellagio si no tienes coche. Suerte que podimos coger el tren turistico y el ferry en st. Giovanni

Naprawdę wspaniały, duży i zadbany apartament znajdujący się na Starym Mieście w Sin Giovani, Bellagio. Spokojna, malownicza okolica. Dosłownie dwa kroki od apartamentu znajduje się mała knajpka NENE, gdzie od rana można zjeść świeże panini oraz wypić doskonałą kawę. Bardzo blisko do przystanku autobusowego oraz do stacji promów. Kontakt menadżerką Sonią bez zarzutu, bardzo nam pomogło, że mogłyśmy zostawić bagaże przed check in oraz przed wylotem, aby skorzystać ze zwiedzania okolicy bez obciążenia.

sehr gemütlich, lädt zum Relaxen ein

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für den Hochsommer geeignet, da diese eher dunkel ist, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm. Sehr sauber, hat Stil, Wasser steht da und lädt ein, um drinnen oder auch draußen zu verweilen.

Das Wasser der Dusche war mal kalt, aber das ist nicht problematisch bei hohen Temperaturen draußen
