-Living room with a sofa/bed (french size bed 140cm), coffee table, armchair, flat screen tv table and chair that can be used to work with your laptop.
-Kitchen/dining area with gas stove, fridge/freezer
-Bathroom with shower.
-Spacious bedroom with queen size bed, two bedside tables, big closet and a small window.
Second floor:
-Master bedroom (queen size) with two big door/windows, one balcony and en suite bathroom with shower.
-Double bedroom with two single beds that can be made up as one double, bathroom with bath tub.
Top floor:
-Summer kitchenette.
-Terrace overlooking rooftops

3 friends in 70s stayed for a week as part of a longer trip to Sicily and Naples. The property is well placed close to the sea and it’s easy to walk to restaurants and other attractions. The accommodation is quite quirky. It’s located over 3 floors and the steps are quite steep and winding so not suitable for very young children or people with mobility problems. We managed just fine and loved the roof terrace, it must be particularly useful in the summer, we were there in February but still got some days up there. Loved Otigia, it’s winding streets and its cats!

Loved the property. Quirky. Lots of stairs. Well equipped. Lovely roof terrace. Comfortable beds. Good air con. Excellent location for the market. Fresh croissants every day. Superb restaurants within 5 minutes

First visit to Sicily, we opted to stay in Ortigia which was a great decision, the apartment is close to the daily market, being able to buy fresh fruit and veg every morning was a lovely bonus. The island of Ortigia is a wonderful place and a must visit, Alberto was very helpful during our visit

Our vacation in this house was truly amazing. We loved all those details, colors and the furniture, creating a lovely atmosphere.
The 4 of us (1 couple and two friends) had so much space. Every part of our group did even have their own bathroom!
We spend a lot of evenings at the wonderful terrace, enjoying the sun and the view. We also had our breakfast there with fresh fruits from the market close-by.
Unfortunately I forgot the guys name who gave us the keys and explained everything. He was really helpful and friendly. He texted us back immediately when we had some questions concerning the city or places to go.
So all in all it was the perfect stay and if we ever come back to Sicily we will stay here again!
