This first floor flat is located in the lively town of Swanage in Dorset and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
The Compass is a lovely retreat nestled in the heart of Swanage, at the eastern end of Dorset’s famous Jurassic Coast. It boasts a double bedroom, with a pull-out bed for those travelling with a child, sleeping up to three people in total. There is also a shower room inside, as well as an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the exterior is a designated dining space giving you the option of eating alfresco style, along with an off-road parking space for one car. The Compass is a homely getaway placed in a wonderful UK holiday destination.

It offers plenty of shops, good pubs and restaurants, some of which specialise in locally caught seafood. The attractive, Victorian wooden pier offers a great place for a stroll or try fishing, and often used a departure point for divers. The historic Swanage Railway has its terminus in the town and regular nostalgic steam engine trips take tourists for a 6-mile journey, chugging through countryside to stop just beyond the romantic ruin of Corfe Castle.

"So easy to book this property and it was extremely well equipped. A stones throw from the beach as well. It can get quite noisy in the evenings as there is a pub downstairs but if you want convenience..."
