Very pleasant appartment, tastefully decorated and particularly well equipped, ideally situated between the sea, shops and restaurants and nevertheless very quiet. A very large patio, south facing, with deck chairs , tables etc made our holiday very pleasant. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful and we would recommend this appartment without any reservations.

"We have stayed in many nice places across France in the past few years, but must say that this apartment has been by far the best. The enclosed parking in the basement car park, is safe and secure. The apartment caters for your every need, plenty of storage space, especially in the bathroom ( which is always a plus) . The terrace with the outlook of a garden is lovely. South facing, so you can sunbathe all day if you want. 2 minutes walk to beach and town centre, with big market and fresh food on your doorstep. Small supermarket for all your needs close by. The safari park near Nantes, (about an hour away) is a must see, you can get really close to the animals. And also the huge mechanical elephant at Les Machines de l'île is Brilliant. We would definitely recommend."

Great apartment, great location!

We have visited Pornichet several times and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. The location is brilliant, the terrasse is a haven of sunshine and tranquillity but when you come out of the front door you are literally two steps away from the market, the spectacular beach and a range of restaurants. The block is quiet and there is secure parking.The apartment is well equippped with everything you need including good Wifi. We were four adults, two older and two younger and there was plenty of space. It would also have been very safe and suitable for younger children. The owners live nearby and are helpful and friendly without being intrusive. They also speak excellent English if your French is a little rusty! Pornichet is a super destination and one of our favourite places to spend a holiday. There is lots to do nearby - we managed jet skiing and go karting but also plenty of opportunities for relaxing and doing nothing. This apartment was the perfect base for our holiday.

We stayed at the apartment in April 2013 for three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We were staying with my boyfriend and our 2 year old daughter. There were toys for kids that my daughter loved. The location was great. I could buy fresh food from the market every day and it was a short walking distant from the marina where my boyfriend was attending the Pornichet Select mini boat race. We loved the apartment and will definately stay there again when we go to Pornichet.

"We were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean, quiet and very comfortable and had everything one could possibly need to enjoy a vacation. The location was perfect - just a half block from the beach and was surrounded by restaurants with a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk. The owners were extremely helpful when questions were asked and very pleasant to deal with when we set up the booking, arrived at the premises and met on departure."

"This is a very congenial place to stay with the fresh food market (open 6 days out of 7) only 50 metres away (really!) Parking is secure and the apartment is beautifully clean and tranquil even though it is so central. The owner is pleasant and friendly to deal with and the free broadband was much appreciated as I researched places to take my 86 year young father. Altogether the best experience I have had in the 'taking Dad away' holidays but really it would suit practically anyone as all amenities, beach, bars, shops etc are all so near."

"This is a beautiful modern and really well furnished apartment ideal for a small family. Perfect location, 20 metres from the market square which has all shops & restaurants, bakeries, self service laundry etc. And a great market twice weekly. Also a 5 minute walk to a fabulous beach with safe bathing & lots of children's play facilities. It is a first floor apartment, but with a light stairway and a lift which lands you right in front of the apartment door, and a secure internal garage for cars which is great. The balcony overlooks a raised terrace garden, meaning it is completely safe for young children. It offers peace & quiet in a lovely quiet resort, yet only a few hundred metres from a livelier scene. And plenty of other attractions in the vicinity. It is very well managed by the owner family who were always available if needed."

Appartement spacieux, propre, confortable et très lumineux, très bien équipé (notamment une literie excellente et une très grande TV !), idéalement placé - la résidence est située à quelques dizaines de mètres du marché, des commerces et de la plage. Appartement très au calme et protégé du vent, car il donne sur les vastes jardins intérieurs de la résidence, sans vis à vis. Très, très grande terrasse ensoleillée avec table et chaises, salon de jardin, transats. Que dire d'autre .... Ravis !

Un appartement extrêmement calme et bien situé! A deux pas des halles et du marché de pornichet. A une minutes de la mer et 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. A l’interieur de l’appartement Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner, et plus! Et enfin la terrasse, ensoleillée toute la journée à l’abri du vent, est grande, ideale pours’y reposer l’été! Tres bon séjour ( petit bémol sur le ménage d’arrivee...dommage)

Appartement idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances ou un bon séjour à Pornichet. Extrêmement bien situé : à 2 pas du front de mer et du centre ville et notamment du marché. Magnifique appartement, aux prestations haut de gamme, très propre, très agréable et le top du top l'immense terrasse en plein soleil. Nous avons également été très bien accueilli par Benjamin et très bien conseillé!

L'appartement est très agréable à vivre et conforme au descriptif. Les équipements, la décoration, la localisation au coeur de Pornichet, la grande terrasse aménagée, le garage au sous sol... Alles ist da: Meer mit sehr schönem, großen Sandstrand um die Ecke, excellente Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, im Juli und August täglich geöffnete Markthalle, Restaurants, Cafes, Kneipen, alles fußläufig. Das Auto, für das es einen großen Garagenplatz gibt, benötigt man vor Ort nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, insbesondere auch die Küche, was in Ferienwohnungen keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Familie Simon (Vermieter) ist sehr nett und der Urlaub in Pornichet war ausgezeichnet.

Super séjour dans un appartement tout confort , très bien équipé et très calme, tout proche du centre ville et de son marché, quel bonheur de laisser la voiture au garage ! Que dire de la superbe terrasse, c'est le must, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir 15 jours de plein soleil et nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Nous remercions Monsieur SIMON et sa maman pour leur chaleureux accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans un appartement idéalement situé proche de tout : commerces, restaurant, plage, ballades... L'appartement est conforme au descriptif avec une très belle terrasse dont nous n'avons pas profité hélas compte tenu de la période . Appartement propre et meublé avec goût . Garage en sous sol très appréciable( surtout en pleine saison), des vélos à disposition. Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire absent à notre arrivée mais dès qu'il est rentré n'a pas manqué de nous envoyer message pour savoir si tout allait bien , sa maman nous a très bien reçu. Des personnes d'une grande gentillesse. A recommander. Christèle et Olivier.

Je partage tout à fait les avis des locataires précédents. Nous étions 2 et nous avons conservé un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Pornichet dans l'appartement de Mr et Mme Simon. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié: - la situation exceptionnelle dans le centre de la station tpout en bénéficiant d'un grand calme. -la propreté des lieux ainsi que la décoration. -la qualité de l'électroménager haut de gamme. -le confort du matelas bien que ferme. -la superficie de la terrasse plein sud. -sans oublier le garage fermé pour notre voiture. -surtout la gentillesse de Mr Simon et de sa maman à notre égard. appartement à recommander ..... C'est la 2ème fois que nous revenons dans cet appartement (preuve d'une bonne adresse !!!) mais cette fois-ci avec un enfant de plus. Toujours de très bonnes prestations (tout pour accueillir bébé !!!), un accueil toujours aussi sympathique des propriétaires Benjamin et Kristina. Tout est à proximité à pied (parcs, jeux, manèges, plage, commerces, restaurants, marché, médecin...). L'ascenseur et le parking souterrain sont un vrai plus pour le chargement des bagages et la poussette, la terrasse est spacieuse, l'équipement est complet, l'appartement est assez grand pour que les enfants puissent s'exprimer ;). Le tout pour un tarif très correct hors saison.
