The heating made a noise for at least 20 hours a day. A neighbour’s light at the top of the garden seemed to be on all night. The apartment was great but could do with a bit of TLC.

A quiet apartment in a FABULOUS location!

An amazing location right on the water's edge, in the heart of the historic port! A clean, functional apartment on the ground floor (no stairs!) Self contained kitchen - and right next door to a fabulous restaurant, with others very close by! Quiet at night, in a very comfortable bed. Host was a great communicator, very helpful. Free parking was one minute walk away.

As we were travelling for 6 weeks in France (from Australia), we did not bring sheets/towels. Surprisingly, this apartment did not include sheets/towels as part of the accommodation, so we had to rent them from the owner (at extra cost).

Thankful we had friends nearby in a really nice, bright, place where we could enjoy meals together

The location was very nice- right on the quay. A small disadvantage was that being at ground level and next to a restaurant, there were often people looking at the posted menu who could see into the apartment. There was a very nice, small backyard with a table and chairs- it would have been a great breakfast spot if it had not been raining.

We arrived, more or less on time, after a very long and trying trip from the west coast of the USA. We found, once we got in, that there were no bed sheets or towels, and that the floor was very dusty. We ignored the dust, but contacted the owner about the missing linens. He suggested, at first, that we buy some in town the next day, Monday. After some protest, he agreed to come down from his home- about an hour away, and supply the missing linens. The bed in the bedroom was a small double, and the fitted bottom sheet provided was fine; the top sheet was too small to cover the bed, let alone tuck in. The bed smelled dank and not so nice. The next day, things seemed better, but overall the furnishings were dingy and worn. This place contrasted sharply with a second place, in the same neighborhood, that I rented for friends. That place had really nice furnishings, a clothes washer, and came with a nice pile of linens and towels waiting on the bed. The contrast between the two places was striking, but the prices were the same.

emplacement mais avec la reserve que l'appartement donne directement sur le parcours de promenade ce qui est préjudiciable en terme d'intimité

appartement tres problématique sur les ouvertures et fermetures de la porte, des fenêtres, des volets, des rideaux ( trop étroits). Chauffage insuffisant, l'appartement est froid et humide.

Fonctionnel et très bien situé

L'emplacement sur le port est vraiment agréable. L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour 2, il y a tout le matériel indispensable, la présence du jardin clos est un vrai plus. Quartier charmant avec de nombreux bars et restaurants

Pour trouver un point négatif, je dirais qu'il fait froid dans la salle de bain, le radiateur est un peu caché et du coup pas très efficace, salle de bain qui mériterait une petite rénovation

Très beau séjour dans une magnifique région

Le logement est bien situé, il est aménagé avec goût et bien équipé. Le port de Saint Goustan est magnifique. Nous avons pu faire le tour du Golfe du Morbihan à partir de Locmariaquer avec un arrêt à l'Ile aux Moines, visité Saint Cado, Saint Philibert, la Presqu'île de Quiberon et sa côte sauvage. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cette belle région du Morbihan.

Un petit bémol pour l'accès à la télévision, peu de chaînes sont disponibles à Saint Goustan, nous avions Antenne 2 et FR3 mais pas TF1.

Fantastique

Ce que j'ai vraiment aimé c'est la localisation sur le port en face des bateaux. Je voulais une location reposante avec une vue et un entourage superbe, j'ai trouvé ce que je cherchais.L'appartement est tres bien conçu, la chambre se trouve à l'arriere donnant sur une cour (donc très calme), la literie est très confortable. Sur le port il y a multitudes de restaurants, creperies. Les boulangeries, alimentations, marché, se trouvent à auray, en marchant on y est en 5 minutes et en plus ça grimpe mais c'est très joli soit par le sentier qui serpente soit par la rue pavés. Il y a plusieurs parkings gratuit à 3/5 mn à pied, car les vehicules peuvent circuler jusqu'à 11 heures après c'est une zone pietonne ( ce qui est tres bien). J'ai enormement aimé cette location, je reviendrai et en parlerai à mes amis.J'ai beaucoup apprécié le petit cadeau de bienvenue.
