Expectations were high based on pictures and reviews but we were sadly disappointed.

Close to the hills, only a 9 minute walk. Vaya provides free ski lockers right at the ski hill which is super convenient. They also provide bathrobes and slippers for the spa.

Super expensive for what you get. It was advertised as a two bedroom apartment or a 3 room apartment but it was actually Two apartments that were attached. The kitchenette was very poorly stocked- the dishwasher and kettle were damaged and hardly worked. And we were told that the restaurant was fully booked for our entire stay but it looked half full every time we walked by. Apparently self contained apartments get last spots for booking breakfast and dinner reservations. On Booking.com it says parking on site but you have the choice to pay for either garage $16/day euros or outside parking $8/day euros and there is no assigned parking. Overall, our stay was nice but certainly not worth the price we paid.

Poor value for money

The restaurant offered a lot of variety at the breakfast, but rather low quality. Rooms are quite small and offer no space for luggage. There is no aircondition so it get‘s quite warm during nights. Service could be better, e.g. we waited almost 40 minutes at the check-in. The spa area is crazy full and does not offer enough space. The guest card really only gets you a 2€ discount at most. Overall, the quality of the hotel is rather mediocre at that price level.

one point for all electrocar owners: yes there is a loading station in the garage. However, max. time is 4 hours and loading is so slow (we got like max 10 kw per hour) that is insufficient, if you need to fully charge your car. For a "little pump" is fine. It is just good to be aware of that.

We loved it!

Food was amazing..Breakfast had a variety of things to choose from salty to sweat.The Wellness area was great loved the warm outdoor pool with the beautiful view of the Austrian Mountans.We will certanly revisit :) enjoyed it a lot

For such a high price/night one should expect better service and attention to detail

++ proximity to ski lift ++ availability of free ski locker at lift (heated, possibility to rinse/clean ski equipment) ++ half-board option ++ Sauna for +16 (nude) and in pool area (all age) ++ pool open from 7AM till 9PM ++ design and materials are nice and above standard

— not enough parking available at the property for all guests yet parking is advertised — staff too cold and with little will to solve problems and offer nice experience to their guests — dinner only until 9PM — not enough staff at the restaurant (long waiting time for drinks) — some tables at the restaurant have a terrible location (next to the kitchen entrance) — room service is badly organised (not enough towels and bathrobes for all guest, vanity kit was an empty box and not refilled) — pool area is too small for this large hotel — no pool hours for adults only — no pool/Bassin in sauna area (only showers) — room needed some fixes (lighting in hall way did not work, large water stains at bathroom wall) — coffee maker in room but without milk

The hotel is way larger than we expected. The facilities and organization don't match the number of guests when the hotel is fully booked. The hotel consists of few buildings and it's hard to find one's room at the first time: there are long paths and no navigation. Too many children at the pool. Paid parking. No table in the room.

Blissful, stylish and calming stay at this wonderful hotel

We came here very spontaneously and were absolutely blown away by this beautiful hotel! Even though it’s a very big resort, we felt very private and well taken care of. the service team at Vaya does an outstanding job, I’ve never seen such a well organized place. Our room was literally perfect and all the materials feel very modern and high quality. Especially the breakfast buffet is simply amazing and offers literally everything.

The Spa facilities are beautiful, but quite crowded on weekends and the afternoons. We figured out that coming around lunch time or dinner time is best. Besides this tiny inconvenience, this place is a gem!

Overrated but nice hotel with in general unaccommodating staff

The room was very nice. Well stocked kitchen and space in livingroom and diningroom for everybody. Nice beds and the restrooms had a reasonable size and exclusive feel. Also, each room had a adequate size for the number of occupants.

When arriving it seemed as if we were not that welcome. You now when you feel that you are an annoyance to the staff. I explained to the front desk staff that we had had a car accident and had been on the road with four children for quite some time. We arrived around 7:30 PM and asked for something to eat. The initial reply was that the restaurant was fully booked and that they had no way of providing my exhausted family of four children and two adults with anything to eat. Asked if I could upgrade the room to include breakfast the answer was again discomforting. Unfortunately, the restaurant was fully booked, and we could not be accommodated for breakfast the next morning. Regardless of the fact, that the stores in Fieberbrunn had already closed and thus we were unable to shop for groceries that evening. I then got in touch with the head of the restaurant who allowed us to have something to eat for dinner. During the quick eating process, we were the only ones in that part of the restaurant. The buffet most likely had been well stocked earlier in the evening but unfortunately due to our late arrival the buffet was a little below what could be expected. We were only allowed 30 mins. to complete our dinner because the restaurant was due to close at 9 PM. Nonetheless we were charged for six complete buffet fees. Finally, I also persuaded the head of the restaurant to let us upgrade our stay with breakfast, but only if we could be there by 7 AM every morning. Getting four children (ages 3, 9, 11, and 14) out of bed on a vacation for breakfast at 7 PM is probably difficult for every family. We never managed to get everybody there for breakfast any of the three mornings there but were charged for all of us regardless of the fact, the staff recorded how many of us were present each morning. The only two staff members who I actually found hospitable were the head of the restaurant who really tried to help me and the lady who made eggs to order.
