Superb

House is comfortable and well equipped, entirely made of wood which is nice. Close to the skiing area Nassfeld, perfect for the winter vacation.

There is no deep freezer, and no washbasin in the toilets...

Nice value for the money! Cozy, modern, warm (in winter). We missed hand soap.

The location was very close to the ski resort Nassfeld. The cabin was very cozy, warm, clean, well equipped.

There was no sink where the toilet was. There was no soap for hands.

Very good

The location is nearly perfect. ~300m from the ski bus stop. The house inside and outside was beautiful. Everything was clean. The customer service was 5*. They were kind and helpful. You could buy from the customer service, the ski pass with discount.

There are no so much light in the house. If you have loud neighboors, you could hear them, the soundproof is poor, but this is normal in a loghouse.

sound insulation could be better. Maybe put carpet on stairs to muffle neighbour sounds going up and down wooden stairs. we got locked out because door doesn't open from outside. We couldn't use the teflon pans because the teflon is ruined and comes off in pieces.

Cozy wooden chalet

Beautiful wooden chalet, with parking right next to it. Very cozy atmosphere. Access to ski center was 5 minutes by car with easy parking there, or by ski bus (200m walking I guess). Paid storage for skies was available at the main lift's bottom station. 3 bedrooms were on the upper floor. One room had super small bathroom with WC. The other WC and shower was on the base level. Living room area was spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was reasonably equipped, including dishwasher and Nespresso machine.

It took us two days to set the thermostat to 22C. When we arrived (perhaps first in the season?), it was set for 15C. First evening (we came quite late) it went up to 20C, but in the morning it was only 17C. It took us two days to figure out the thermostat operation. If the operators would switch it to 21C before our arrival, it would so much more comfy. The sound proofing was very bad and you can literally hear what neighbors talk about (if they were little louder). Charging electric cars is forbidden under 50EUR fine per each incident. I guess that is because they only have 13Amps fuses, but there is no explanation, no conditions, such as you can charge your car with max 6 Amps. There was no charger in the resort. Charges were available though at the bottom of the ski lift station. I think it was like 10 charging spots, but it happened sometimes, that all have been occupied.

Comfy stay, nice surrondings. Autumn in the alps was exceptional.

Excellent atmosphere with 100% wood house. Perfectly equipped kitchen. A huge plus for the Nespresso coffee machine. A deep freezer should be good for hot summer days to grab some ice cream. Excellent Wifi even for work (strong signal, good connection, and speed). The heating was excellent as well. We have arrived early in the morning, the house was fortunately empty, we got the keys and our breakfast in the house around 8 am. Thanks!

At the moment there is a lot of unused raw house building materials in the front of the house (in the next garden). It's a little disappointing :( The house is rented by the company, that was the reason why we can't charge our Tesla directly at the house. I advise: check Tesla Destination charging solutions, it could be an almost free advertisement. Guest with Teslas always rich :)

Superb

The location of the accommodation has very nice view on the mountains and is very close to all the major attractions in the area. Kitchen was well equipped.

As mentioned in many reviews there is absolutelly NO sound proofing, so you can hear everything that your guests say or do. We were lucky as we had great neighbours, but I can imagine you can be lucky and your stay can be bit disturbed by that. We also did not like that for 3 bedrooms there is only one bathroom and one separate toilett which does not even have a small washbasin. Again, this might feel uncomfortable for a bigger family.

Great looking almost brand new houses

Isolation between the two flats in the house is incredibly poor You can hear all conversations from the neighbor, plus cherry on the top that all cooking smell comes through the walls. We when the neighbor burnt something we had to do open the windows to get the smell out. We were really unfortunate as we had a neighbor with young children crying all the night and early morning. So if you rent both sides of the house you are fine, you get a nice block house, but we were completely let down by all the noise and small that we got...

Modern looking cabin but services have serious issues

Modern new cabin Nicely furnished Nassfeld ski center easily accessible by car Modern thermostat made it easy to set a comfortable temperature however the radiators are super tiny to dry clothes after a day of skiing.

Poor soundproofing. It is insane how much you hear the neighbours. We heard and smelled everything the neighbours did. One roll of toilet paper, no dish washing liquid and 1 dishwasher tablet per day seems cheap from a place this expensive. There wasn't even shampoo. We were asked if we left the place clean even though they charge 90 Euros cleaning automatically. All doors in the cabin have issues closing as they were improperly installed and the young structure is still seating. The deposit paid via card is returned via a bank transfer (IBAN) which is weird and very inconvenient. Also if you happen to come from a noneuro country you're paying exchange fees twice!!! Normally a deposit is done via a cash block on your card which is then released.

Nice place with great design but prepare for noises from neighbors.

The house is spacious and nicely furnished, beds are very comfortable. The design of the house (combination of wood, glass and metal) is really nice and having proper space for two cars, separate room for ski equipment make your stay comfortable.

Soundproofing is totally missing, thus you can hear everything from the twin apartment (the other side of the house) - steps, simple talking, kitchen/bathroom noises. Prepare with toilet paper as only one roll is provided for each apartment for the whole stay. There is no hairdryer and dishwashing liquid in the apartment (dishwasher tablets are provided, 1 piece/day).

Zadovoljni smo, bilo je lijepo

Kuća je čista, uredna, komforna, dobar sistem grijanja. Sve lijepo izgleda. Dovoljno parking mjesta za dva auta. Relativno blizu stajališta od ski busa. Osoblje / recepcija je online uvijek na usluyi i brzo odgovara.

Toalet papira dovoljno za maksimalno 1/3 našeg boravka, a sapuna za ruke nije bilo nikako, pa smo već drugi dan morali u kupovinu zbog tih nekih osnovnih potrepština. Za novac koji smo dali za 7 noćenja, čovjek ipak očekuje da ima te neke osnovne potrepštine u kući. 7 dana boravka sa 5 tabletica za mašinu za suđe. To su neke jeftine stvari zbog kojih ne bi trebalo smanjivati komfornost boravka. Takodje, čudno je riješen toalet, jer tamo gdje ima wc šolja, nema česme, što nije higijenski. Druga wc šolja (na spratu) nije bila u funkciji, jer u vodokotliću nije bilo vode. Zvučna izolacija jeste slaba, ali imali smo sreću da većinu boravka niko nije bio prisutan u drugom dijelu kuće.

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und mit der Holzbauweise sehr idyllisch. Die Küche ist sehr komfortabel und die Betten sind auch sehr gemütlich. Man kann mit dem Auto bis zur Haustür fahren, was für das ein und ausladen sehr praktisch ist.

Die Schallübertragung ist katastrophal. Sowohl in der eigenen Einheit aber auch zur anderen Doppelhaushälfte. Man hört jedes Wort von den Nachbarn und riecht auch was die Nachbarn kochen. In der Einheit selbst ist es noch schlimmer mit dem Schall. Die Toiletten sind zudem ohne Waschbecken, was nicht nur unhygienisch ist, sondern auch extrem unpraktisch, wenn man von der Toilette im ersten Stock runter ins Bad gehen muss um sich die Hände zu waschen. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist in richtig eines unaufgeräumten Bauhofs gerichtet. Was durch eine Erweiterung der Hecke durchaus vermeidbar wäre. Die Terrassentür im EG schließt nicht richtig und sodass sogar ein Spalt ersichtlich ist.

Drága, és egyáltalán nem korrektek! Soha többet nem megyünk vissza!

Világítás kevés. Hangszigetelés nincs, mindent lehet hallani a szomszéd szobából, de akár a szomszéd lakásból is. A takarítás is hagy némi kivetni valót maga után, rengeteg helyen pókháló és kosz. Mi kértünk egy extra ágyat, amin egy 60 kilós fiú aludt. A távozás után állításuk szerint nálunk, egy rögzítő pálca eltört az ágyon, plusz 100€ kellett fizetni. Először azt mondták, hogy csak javítás, utána azt, hogy az ágy teljesen használhatatlan. Sí felszerelésünket nem tudtuk a tárolóba berakni, mivel be van zárva és rossz kódot adtak meg, a házba tilos bevinni ezért az utcafronti, földszinti teraszon kellett őket tárolni. Egyáltalán nem tartom őket korrektnek, a törölközőket, kávét, teàt 7 főre (utóbbi 2 természetesen nem volt elég) luxury welcome package néven tüntetik fel a számlán és 160€ számolnak fel érte. Ha nem huzatolsz le és takarítasz ki magad után, plusz pénzt szàmolnak fel, amit egy utólagos számla kiállításával akarnak behajtani. Egyàltalán nem korrektek, nem ajánlom senkinek!
