About this cottage rental
Enjoy our cozy lakeside cottage, perfect for friends and family to get together and enjoy being in the outdoors in all seasons. There is a large deck off the family room and kitchen that overlooks the lake and is perfect for enjoying the summer and fall weather. A beautiful 180 degree view of the lake from kitchen, deck, and second-floor balcony will allow you to enjoy the serene setting of our secluded, private lake. Children should wear proper swim flotation devices and be accompanied by adults.
All wheel drive is strongly recommended in the winter. Please note that there are four outside cameras. One for the front driveway, and the other two are in the back for the dock and waterfront, and a last on looking at the generator on the side of the house. No audio, video only. They are on for safety. There are no cameras inside the home. Whole house generator offers comfort in the event of power outages

Was very impressed with the home and location, GPS took us right there. The home was exactly as it said in the description. I can honestly said without a doubt we would stay here again. Everything was wonderful. We had elderly parents with usand they enjoy the comforts of home.

We loved our four night stay at Breezy Point. The house was cozy and as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of spices and cookware. Extra blankets were available in the living room. We enjoyed the view from the porch as we drank our coffee each morning in the rocker chairs. Looking forward to a return visit.

We come to NH to visit with friends and family, but have to rent a home with space to visit with everyone. We had been looking for a puzzle weekend and decided on this house based on proximity to my friend’s house and the number of bedrooms- and first floor accommodations for my mother, who has difficulty with stairs.
This is a lovely home, located in a beautiful lakeside setting that lived up to its name- Breezy Point. It was definitely breezy while we were there. We were overjoyed to find a puzzle table that fit in with our plans to relax and gather around a few puzzles that we brought, but there were also plenty to choose from in the house.
The beds were very comfortable but are like a gel foam mattress? My 77 year old mother had some difficulty maneuvering out once she settled in. Other than that there were no issues and we would love to book again in the future. Very spacious, neat and orderly. Pam was communicative and the instructions/requests were very reasonable.

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed. Plenty of towels and supplies. Comfortable furniture, and wonderful views. We're already planning on returning next year!
