Enjoy relaxing days lakeside in this beautiful townhome on Lake Sunapee. As part of the Granliden Community, guests will enjoy a private beachfront with clubhouse and picnic area; 9 hole golf course; tennis; pickleball; basketball court; playground and inground heated swimming pool with bath house and more. Beach area also has complimentary beach chairs, kayaks and paddleboards. Just minutes to Sunapee Harbor and Vail’s Mount Sunapee helps guarantee 4 season fun.
Townhome has a newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances. There is plenty of room to sleep a group of 8 with 3 bedrooms (all on the 2nd floor) and 3rd floor loft. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The finished walkout basement is equipped with a foosball table, games galore and a large screen TV to enjoy movie nights!
Enjoy spectacular views of the lake and mountains from the deck which is furnished with a grill, comfy sectional seating and dining table to provide even more space to relax.
Washer and dryer on 1st floor.
One week minimum stay required September through June.
Two week minimum stay required July and August, plus a Granliden community fee of $100/week.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Wonderful view from the deck and primary bedroom. Plenty of space. Very well-stocked kitchen. Granliden has so much to offer -golf, kayaks, canoes, beach, pool, pickleball and tennis and the wonderful Sunapee Harbor. Communication with owner could not have been easier. We’re definitely going back next year.

My only criticism is that not enough closet space and bathrooms need a little upgrading,every thing else was perfect. It was just enough luxury but still felt homey. Would rent again.
