About this house rental
This warm and cozy home is perfect for a large family or group who is looking to relax and enjoy the NH life. It has 3 floors - 1st floor has a playroom for the kids and a full bath. The 2nd floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, full bath, dining area and living area with the TV and sound system. Off the dining area is an outdoor deck with deck furniture and a heater for those chilling nights. The 3rd floor has an open floor plan also which has 2 king size beds, 2 queen size bed, full size bed and 2 twin beds. Outside there is a fire pit for some family time and a lovely stone grill. The house is situated in between Pats Peak and Sunapee great for hiking. It is within walking distance to Highland Haven Lake. Kayaking, Boating (power and non power are allowed on the lake)

We had a wonderful stay! Nancy was so quick and easy to talk to. She answered any of our questions almost immediately! The property has a great open floor plan. We didn’t use the fire pit, but there is plenty of wood and a selection of chairs around it. The deck is great, right off the kitchen/living room and the full length of the house. I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

Our family of 5 stayed in this house for 5 nights and it was more than what we needed or expected! It is very cozy and welcoming, in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of beds, a huge deck, fire pit, very spacious layout. Lake is a 5 minute walk from the house, general store is about a mile away. For groceries, liquor, etc there is a shaws and more stores about 15 mins away. We also enjoyed Manahan Park (also 15 min ride), which had a lake for swimming and fishing as well. Nancy was great and very responsive to our questions and concerns.

Myself and my family had a fantastic and fun stay at this property! It had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive during our stay. The owners made sure our stay went well and were very helpful and nice people! Most important to me, my little nieces and nephews came up and stayed and swam almost every day. The beach was close by and it was a great little spot to swim and have some fun! The house had a nice fire pit as well for a nightly fire! There is a general store close by for food and beverages and was very helpful as well. Overall, this was a fun place to stay and recommend the property for a relaxing, quiet, but very fun time in a small town in NH! Definitely will stay again in the future if the opporuntity arises.
