Conveniently located on East Gardenia Street in the heart of South Padre Island, this second floor 1,300-square-foot condo is perfect for families and beach-goers year-round. You'll be just a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico, and within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, and beach rentals of all sorts.
Step inside to find a luxurious remodeled living space with lots of lights. After a long day in the sun, you can relax with a book on the leather sofa, watch the large flatscreen TV, or head outside to the pool area to sip a refreshing cocktail.
Begin each morning with a fresh coffee in the kitchen, where you'll find modern countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining table with seating for eight.
As many as eight guests will sleep soundly in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. If you are planning a trip to SPI, this is the place for your group! After an 8.5 hour drive from Dallas, it was refreshing to open the door and be met with such a beautiful layout! The cleanliness and freshness immediately made us feel relaxed, and as we continued to explore the property, it did not disappoint! I am a person that enjoys the small things and you could tell the owners paid attention to every little detail. The layout of the rooms were very accommodating as we travelled with 2 children. The kitchen made you want to prepare the grandest of meals! I have zero complaints about this condo! If I find myself traveling to SPI again, I will most definitely book this condo! The home did look exactly as pictured… if the pictures were taken several years ago. Definitely some maintenance needed to get it back in that condition. However, it was very spacious, tons of storage, super close to the beach, and our host responded quickly, whenever I reached out. We had a great time, and I especially enjoyed our family meals at the large dining table! Great memories…
