Everything that you would need was available in the unit. It was well equipped and functional. The location was close to everything on South Padre Island.

The location was great - close to the beach and shops. The condo was furnished well, with a large comfortable couch downstairs and TVs in every sleeping area plus the living room. There were extras, such as beach towels, 2 chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys that were available to use. There is a spray area on the back porch so you don't track in sand. The hot tub was nice. The price was good for the size of the condo. The hosts were responsive and nice.
It was listed as a three bedroom, three bathroom condo, but there were only two bedrooms with a small loft area between them. Also, there were two full bathrooms connected to the bedrooms and one half bathroom downstairs. So it was awkward for the people sleeping in the loft area to use a shower. The hot tub was only heated from 4-10 pm. The beds were hard.

The third room wasn’t an actual room, no door just an open foyer.
No privacy lock in the room door.
Floor was really slippery and the top of stairs you can step down too fast and fall because you dont know the step is there.
