Great place!

I was shocked when I saw this apartament in person. It's million times better than on the photos. Beautiful building with wooden doors. Specious interior with large kitchen. Absolutely stunning garden with orange tree in the midle. Very close to the sea and old center. One tiny minus is the bathroom , very dark and little bathtub and single beds. Be prepered for the moskitos!!!

Fully equipped kitchen, washing mashine, central location and all it for a very good price! The owners are very nice people. This is the place where you want to go back. L'appartamento è di piccole dimensioni con tutti i comfort del caso, il giardino è bello ma diventa difficilmente utilizzabile a causa di un elevato numero di zanzare. Bagno nuovo appena rifatto molto carino. La casa è in una posizione strategica, a 1 minuto dalla stazione (non si sentono i treni quindi è perfetto) a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sestri Levante e al centro di tanti paesi da visitare. Consiglio vivamente il luogo e la signora Marzia per la sua gentilezza.

Appartamento molto bello e funzionale con tutte le dotazioni utili. Poi un meraviglioso giardino privato dove rilassarsi. Posizione comoda vicino al mare e al centro di Sestri. Utile il posto auto. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Davvero uno splendido soggiorno.

Ho soggiornato il monolocale con la mia famiglia (due bimbi di 3 e 1 anno). La proprietaria ha messo a nostra disposizione due lettini da campeggio. Il monolocale è ampio e dispone di un giardino esterno molto spazioso. Gli ambienti sono ben illuminati, la cucina è molto attrezzata (fuochi, lavatrice, frigo alto con congelatore). Le finiture e gli arredi sono di buona qualità. Si trova in un'ottima posizione per diverse ragioni: vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria, vicino alla spiaggia (100 metri), il centro storico (inizio del carruggio) a 5 minuti a piedi. Importantissima la disponibilità del posto auto in un parcheggio chiuso soprattutto nel mese di agosto in quanto i parcheggi non a pagamento sono una rarità. Nelle immediate vicinanze è presente un supermercato, un fruttivendolo e diverse focaccerie e panifici. Ideale per coppie con bambini piccoli. Le spiagge vicine sono di sabbia e sassolini, sia attrezzate che libere.

C'est notre deuxième séjour, nous y étions si bien il y a deux ans que nous y sommes retournés! La station balnéaire de Sestri Levante est charmante, nous avions plus de temps et nous nous sommes donc promenés tout autour dans la campagne ainsi que dans la toute proche région des Cinque Terre. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, la location propre, bien équipée et pas chère.

Petit studio en rez-de-chaussée avec jardin privatif très calme et agréable. Très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Bien situé près de la plage et du centre. Sestri levante est adorable. Le propriétaire est très gentil et le petit plus c'est le parking gratuit à proximité.

Molto pulito, lontano dal traffico anche se vicino alla strada principale, peccato per i doppi letti singoli (sarebbe stato molto meglio un matrimoniale), posto macchina molto utile. Complessivamente perfetto.
