right in the heart of the beautiful town. Great restaurants and bars, outstanding ice cream parlor, dreamy beach...: everything right next to the accommodation. However, this does result in a small disadvantage: it is very loud every night for a long time. The hosts' reception and helpfulness was outstanding. The size of the apartment and especially the bathroom were a bit small for a family of 6 …

The appartment with living room, three bedrooms, bathroom and small kitchen is situated on the second floor of a palazzo right in the pedestrian zone of Sestri Levante. Shops, restaurants and both beaches are only a stone's throw away. On weekends it gets somewhat noisy in the evenings, but that's to be expected. The rooms are clean and reasonably furnished. Sure, the furniture is not new, the bathroom is tiny, and so is the kitchen - but we didn't expect luxury for the cheap price. For the money, it was just great. Roberto and Marina are wonderful landlords. They welcomed us with a tasty supper, since we arrived late, and were always available for questions and help. They are very friendly, warm persons. If ever we should come back to Liguria, we will stay with them again.

Our stay in Sestri Levante was perfect. The position of our apartment was close all the best Sestri had to offer including the beautiful Bay of Silence. It was very comfortable and fulfilled all our needs for our stay. Roberto and Marina Gotelli went the extra mile to make us welcome. They met us from the train and took us back on departure. Enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Sestri Levante...even though we had to experience their biggest storm since 1978 :) Good location in the high street of the town...1 minute from the beach/bay. Bars, restaurants and shops right there. Various supermarkets within 10 minute walk. (nearest 5 minutes). Trainstation 10 minutes with direct link to Cinque Terre. By car we did Pisa&Luca on a combined daytrip. Apartment was clean with lovely welcome from the host - offering snacks, cake and drinks on arrival. Kitchen is small but sufficient..a Microwave would be handy. Small living area but I felt this was all correctly reflected in price.Would recommend.

Amazing location in a beautiful toen

Fantastic and helpful hosts who picked us up from the station and met us with food and drink to welcome us to their home. The property is literally 30 seconds to the bay of silence which is great for swimming and relaxing. Restaurants and bars all outside and supermarket less tha 5 mins walk away. Can be noisy with the windows open on the weekend in August as they have lots of festivals and parties but it didn’t stop the children sleeping. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back

Wonderful holiday in Sestri Levante

We had a wonderful time in Marina and Roberto's apartment. A very warm welcome with delicious aperatifs and local dishes made a very positive first impression. This is the underlying essence of this property - warm, helpful hosts. The apartment has an amazing position - right on the main pedestrian street and seconds from the beautiful beaches. If you expect luxury accommodation this is not for you - but if you want to experience a true Italian way of life then we cannot recommend it highly enough. The flat is really comfortable, well insulated against the busy street (excellent double glazing) and in a fabulous position. Just step out of the door to enjoy wonderful cafes, gelaterias, osterias, restaurants, easy shopping, fish market and of course the fabulous Bay of Silence. We are a family of 4 and the apartment was spacious and airy for us all with its high ceilings and fans. Well equipped too with an efficient kitchen, washing machine, ironing board etc. Although there is no balcony we loved sitting in the windows looking out on the to-ings and fro-ings of the street outside. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will be back soon! Thank you Marina and Roberto. We loved our stay.

We (the family of three with a girl of 6) really enjoyed the every day spent in Sestri Levante, especially thanks to the lovely apartment and hospitable Maria and Roberto. They tried to meet all our needs and honoured us with lots of attention. Although hot outside, the apartment is strangely cool and ventilated even without airconditioning. All indicated equipment worked perfectly and there was enough space for all of us. Lift!! Extremely close to the beaches, supermarket DORO and fish market are 6 min. away, as well as to Sestri's night life (someone could find it as a drawback because of the noisy main street outside..but we didnt mind). Almost every night of our stay there were evening festivals. The only nuisance was occasional night mosquiitos. We do recommend this apartment to everyone. Ina

Vacanza perfetta! Siamo stati accolti da Roberto e Marina con un aperitivo di benvenuto, gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito alcune informazioni sulla localita'. L'appartamento in pieno centro storico è a due passi dalla Baia del Silenzio, dai ristoranti, bar, farmacia e negozi, dotato di tutto quello che può servire e veramente molto pulito.

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in Sestri Levante verbracht. Das Appartement liegt in der Fußgängerzone in idealer Laufnähe zu den Stränden, auch ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Ebenso Bahnhof, wir haben viele Ausflüge mit dem Zug unternommen, was unkompliziert und günstig war. Das Appartement selbst ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, einziges Manko ist, dass es durch die Lage in der belebten Altstadt nachts, vor allem am Wochenende und in der Hochsaison, recht laut werden kann. Alternativ gibt es für 2 Personen die Möglichkeit, zum Hinterhof hin zu schlafen, wo es wesentlich ruhiger ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Vermieter extrem nett und hilfsbereit sind... wir wurden mit Kuchen, Pizza und Sekt empfangen, ein kostenfreier Parkplatz wurde gezeigt und auch beim Gepäcktransport geholfen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und bleibt uns in guter Erinnerung 😃 Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 👍

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar - direkt in der Altstadt, einen Steinwurf entfernt vom Meer. Gut ausgestattet, geräumig, rustikal-gemütlich. Einziges Manko: nachts sehr lautes Nachtleben vor den Fenstern. Aber das kann auch einfach dem Zeitpunkt geschuldet gewesen sein: Fußball-EM und jugendliche Nach-Corona-Ausgelassenheit. Die Vermieter sind besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Ganzen ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Marina e Roberto sono due persone fantastiche e molto premurose. Ci hanno accolto con torta di mele fatta in casa, focaccia con le acciughe e prosecco. Comoda la posizione della casa, a 2minuti dalla spiaggia e con tutte le comodità a portata di mano. Vacanza bellissima, Sestri Levante sempre affascinante!

Appartamento completto di tutto e pulito, situato nella zona pedonale. Vicino alla Baia del silenzio e alle altre spiaggie di Sestri. Posizione comoda alla stazione ferroviaria (10-15 min a piedi) per visitare le Cinque Terre e altri paesi del golfo di Tigullio Roberto e Marina, due host gentilissimi e molto ospitali (da leccare i baffi l'aperitivo di benvenuto, una vera sorpresa). Un grande aiuto per parcheggiare l'auto. Consigliatissimo. Sicuramente ritorneremo appena possibile

Appartamento che affaccia direttamente sul carruggio, vicinissimo alle due baie e a tutti i ristoranti, molto ben fornito. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e i pochi lati negativi della vacanza erano assolutamente indipendenti da loro. La camera da letto matrimoniale affaccia sul carruggio, quindi per tutta la notte si sentono schiamazzi che potrebbero disturbare il sonno. I bambini che dormivano dall'altro lato invece hanno sempre riposato senza problemi! L'acqua a Sestri, soprattutto alla baia del silenzio, quest'anno era molto meno bella degli altri anni (in molti punti era verde e maleodorante). Se si viene in macchina trovare parcheggio è un incubo, il proprietario ci ha accompagnato a parcheggiare ma il parcheggio era a 1.5km, ed era impossibile spostare la macchina per andare da qualunque parte, vista la difficoltà per riparcheggiarla. Anche solo per caricare i bagagli è stato un dramma, con vigili che hanno cercato ben due volte di multarci e una multa probabilmente presa al nostro arrivo. In generale comunque ci siamo trovati bene; dovessimo tornare, sceglieremmo certamente di venire in treno.

We were warmly welcomed. Everything was shown to us exactly and we felt very comfortable. We have never had such a great reception. Sestri Levante is a place where you have to go on holiday. The city is beautiful and the scenery on the sea is wonderful.

La casa è in uno stabile antico, ma tutto è stato recentemente rinnovato. La posizione è ideale: vicinissima a entrambe le baie. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, ci hanno accolto con un aperitivo a base di focaccia e spumante!

wir wurden von marina und roberto mit dem auto am bahnhof abgeholt. in der wohnung stand auf dem tisch ein perfekter apéro mit prosecco und selbstgebackenem kuchen bereit. die wohnung ist sehr sauber und super eingerichtet. es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! die lage in der altstadt und 3 minuten vom strand entfernt könnte nicht besser sein. es war uns sehr wohl. wir kommen wieder und empfehlen die wohnung gerne weiter! grazie à marina e roberto

buon giorno a tutti,anche quest'anno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a casa della signora Marina,che dire:comoda,funzionale,pulita,(cambierei magari le padelle,sono un po' vecchie e rovinate e le posate di plastica).La signora Marina e suo marito Roberto ci accolgono sempre con la merenda(buonissima),sono gentilissimi e molto servizievoli,è un appartamento comodo per tutto,sul carrugio,in mezzo alle due baie,insomma va bene e basta.Buon soggiorno e buone vacanze da due mamme e 4 bambini.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in der Wohnung. Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone und in der Nähe von zwei Stränden war für uns perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Marina und Roberto haben uns in der Wohnung mit Spezialitäten der Region empfangen, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die umliegenden Restaurants waren sehr gut und familienfreundlich. Ausflüge nach Genua und Cinque Terre haben wir mit der Zug gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Belle petite ville,des beaux paysages,notre but etait de visiter les cinq terres ,Portofino ,Pise et Florence...meme si le niveau de vie reste élevé ,nous avons passé un bon séjour.L'appartement bien placé au centre ville,mais un peu viellot et bruyant,il manque des rideaux occultants dans les chambres.Par contre très bon accueil, des propriétaires sympathiques et avenants...attention manque de places de parking.

Siamo state per la prima volta in questo appartamento di Sestri Levante e devo riconoscere che si è trattata di una piacevole scoperta: la casa si trova in pieno centro con le finestre che si affacciano sul caruggio principale ricco di deliziosi locali. I servizi essenziali sono tutti a portata, inoltre le spiagge delle 2 baie (bellissime) si trovano a pochi passi. L'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione (da casa non occorre portare praticamente nulla). Per quanto riguarda i proprietari sono persone gentilissime:siamo arrivate in treno e il Sig. Roberto è sono venuto a prenderci e la Sig.ra Marina ci ha riportate in stazione.Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del lavabo e la Sig.ra Marina è intervenuta subito per risolvere il problema. All'arrivo aperitivo di benvenuto con buffet, aiuto a portare le valigie trattamento come se fossimo di famiglia che dire... complimenti a Roberto e Marina...grazie di tutto e arrivederci a presto...Consigliato Ornella e Lorenza
