Adorable Historic Downtown Apartment

“Adorable” was within easy walking distance from the downtown St. Augustine tourist area plus it had a dedicated parking spot. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and there were several good places to eat within a short drive or longer walk. And the air conditioning was great - very welcome on a weekend that saw temps in the high 90’s. Lizy was very accommodating before and during my stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

It was a very cute little apartment. The location was perfect- we were far enough away from the hustle and bustle that the room was super peaceful and quiet, but close enough that we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. There was a full kitchen stocked with basic utensils, and a few supplies in the bathroom. We were allotted one parking space behind the building. The host was very communicative, gave thorough instructions, and checked in with us after our first night. We loved this property and would definitely love to stay here again.

The shower is very small. Few electrical outlets. No closet or dresser for clothes. A mirror in the bedroom would be nice to use when someone else is using the bathroom.

Location, Owner was very close and quick to respond to any issues

Oh, the bed is really hard, we felt like there was a mold problem. And it was very noisy because of the guest staying upstairs was walking really hard on the floor.
