About this apartment rental
Our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.
Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with 2 full baths. One that includes a tub/shower combination and one bathroom with a shower.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.
So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the front door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Parking was a bit tight for 2 cars, as there were other guests with their cars in tight spots where we were expected to park. I don’t believe it was advertised as being on the second floor, which may be helpful to future guests. Rooms clean with supplies. Might seem petty but tissues in the bathroom and paper towels in kitchen would have been nice. It was difficult to contact the host on the last day as there was an issue with the lock box. Any contact info I had from her, via the VRBO app, had already been deleted prior to the checkout time. Otherwise walkable to downtown and local restaurants. Would recommend to others

The property was nicely located in the historic area of Lincolnville section of Saint Augustine. It was convenient to walk to many locations. Parking and access was easy. Wish we had stayed longer. The pool area is absolutely enticing.
