Villa del Silenzio is located on top of a hill in the countryside near Volterra, the Etruscan town. You can admire all kinds of ruins, both in the museums and strolling along the streets and squares. Within easy reach are other destinations, not lesser-known, like San Gimignano, which are only a few minutes away by car. The “Teatro del Silenzio”, where Maestro Bocelli organizes a famous concert in summer, is only 23 kilometres far. The villa is just right for groups of friends or families who want to spend their holidays in the quiet of the countryside. The villa has about 30 hectares of land with numerous hiking tracks. The villa is surrounded by vast meadows and olive groves with garden furniture (barbeque) and swimming pool (16x5, 1.20/1.50m deep)(01/04-01/10). The accommodation has central heating, air conditioning, baby bed, wi-fi Internet connection. A maid, baby sitter, chef and cookery courses are available upon request and paid for on location. Car park on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: only small pets are allowed. The last stretch of the access road to the property (1,5 km) is a dirt track.

1st fl.: 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have an extra single bed, each with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower, 1 bedroom with twin beds with bathroom with shower. Only reached from the outside: 2 suites with double bed and extra single bed and with bathroom with shower (double wash-hand basins). Laundry room (washing machine, ironing board and iron).LOCATION: 3 km Prato d’Era, 10 km Volterra, 20 km San Gimignano, 23 km Lajatico (Teatro del Silenzio), 51 km Bolgheri, 53 km Marina di Cecina (beaches), 58 km Siena, 70 km Pisa (airport), 75 km Livorno (ferries for the islands) and Florence.

Superbe maison de vacances spacieuse et parfaitement décoré et dans un cadre naturel merveilleux
Un petit bémol sur l'organisation de la cuisine et notamment les ustensiles et l'entretien des appareils ménagers
En revanche, les propriétaires sont extrêmement réactifs et répondent très rapidement à toute demande d'intervention
