This elegant villa is set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, between Lucca and Florence, and dates back to the time of the Medici family. Located a few minutes from Montecatini Terme, the property consists of a main villa on three levels and a two-storey annex, with a total area of approximately 1,000 sqm. The interiors combine historic charm with modern elegance, featuring exposed wooden beams, stone walls and bright spaces opening onto the garden.
The villa offers generous common areas, 13 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a professional kitchen in the annex, making it ideal for families and groups. The partially fenced 5,000 sqm garden includes lawns, centuries-old trees, aromatic plants and outdoor dining and relaxation areas with panoramic views of the surrounding villages.
A large panoramic swimming pool (17 x 8 m) with a fully equipped solarium is located a short distance from the villa and is open from late April to early October. The property is adjacent to the owners’ residence, who are available to provide assistance and additional services while fully respecting guests’ privacy. This villa is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany’s cultural heritage and charming medieval towns.
