Located a few minutes from Montecatini Terme, the property consists of a main villa on three levels and a two-storey annex, with a total area of approximately 1,000 sqm. The interiors combine historic charm with modern elegance, featuring exposed wooden beams, stone walls and bright spaces opening onto the garden.
The villa offers generous common areas, 13 bedrooms with en-suite  bathrooms, and a professional kitchen in the annex, making it ideal for families and groups. The partially fenced 5,000 sqm garden includes lawns, centuries-old trees, aromatic plants and outdoor dining and relaxation areas with panoramic views of the surrounding villages.
