This was such a wonderful, beautiful, and cozy cottage. It has a perfect location for visiting castles and cycling. You are minutes away from he center of Amboise and in a lovely quiet location. The shower and kitchen were the best I've had at a rental before. The owner is lovely and we were able to communicate via the Homeaway app and on Google Translate easily, Wifi is okay but I would not plan to work from home here.

Very nice house. With all necessary amenities. Everything looked new and tasteful. The view from the bedroom window is something to remind one of what country side life is. My wife and I were looking for a place away from the city, and yet with access to historical sites where we could go an visit castles and take tours. The location turned out to be great. Vincent was very welcoming and accommodating. We wished we had more time for actually visiting his vineyard.

The space was clean which was appreciated. Guichard did not speak any English which is perfectly fine except for the fact that 'english' was listed as one of the languages spoken in the description. He also charged us upon arrival for sheets and towels. This is my first time using Vrbo that I was charged for linens and in my opinion that should never happen. If I wanted to pay for each additional amenity I would have stayed in a hostel. Lastly, the wifi is horrendous. So if you are planning on relying on wifi for maps/emails/communication I would not recommend this location. If I spoke french and had the ability to communicate with Guichard and had international cellular data my opinion of this location would be very different.

Very disappointed in the beginning, no street number provided which made locating cottage very difficult. However once we found it, it was perfect, Bed excellent, Shower excellent, kitchen excellent, Area excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly

We spent four nights at this gites. It was very comfortable, and nice and modern amenities. Within walking distance to Amboise and just a few hundred metres from the loire a velo cycle path and the owners' winery. We sampled a couple of different bottles needless to say. Lovely stay, Vancouver, BC

Vous n'avez rien à emmener tout est disponible (papier wc, draps, serviettes, torchons, serviettes de table, nappe, tablette pour le lave vaisselle, lessive pour la machine à laver, produits d'entretien) au TOP vous n'avez qu'à prendre vos affaires et un PC si vous souhaitez regarder la télévision sauf si Vincent a acheté un filtre 4/5 G pour l'antenne télévision (en cette période de couvre feu et de mauvais temps la télévision servait pour les soirées) . Sinon tout était parfait bravo pour ce joli petit cocon. On reviendra chez vous pour la continuité de nos visites de la Tourraine .

maison bien renovee et bien equipée avec wc independent. belle cuisine et belle salle d'eau. un lit de 160 serais un plus . on peut regretter de n'avoir qu'une partie des chaines de television( pas la 1;la2;la3 etc... nous serions pret a renouveler notre sejour si l'occasion se presentait

Heureusement que l'intendante nous avait installé dans le logement qui ne nous été pas destiné. Nous avons donc récupéré de la vaisselle intacte (la céramique n'est pas conseillée pour des gens peu scrupuleux). Petit logement pratique,mais gare aux moustiques

Nous avons été très satisfaits. Le gîte est une petite maison ancienne, modeste, charmante à l'extérieur avec son petit jardin, mais aussi propre, moderne, fonctionnelle, confortable. Elle est près des champs et des vignes et, en même temps, à cinq minutes du centre ville d'Amboise et de son château.

Prima plek in een zeer volledig ingericht huis. Alles is aanwezig en alles functioneert prima. Tuin is ook goed om on te verblijven maar kan wat meer onderhoud gebruiken. Buitenkant huis moet opgeknapt worden.

Gite confortable, bonne literie, grande douche à l'italienne. Seul bémol la TV qui ne captait pas toutes les chaines mais cela ne nous a pas trop gêné puisque nous sommes sortis un soir sur deux. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour, c'est une belle région ou il y a beaucoup à visiter et à faire (vélo sur les bords de loire ou du cher...)

Gîte Chanteloup ziet er gezellig en zeer schoon uit. Alle benodigde apparatuur is aanwezig, zelfs een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Vanuit onze vakantie woning hebben wij diverse prachtige kastelen bezocht in de omgeving. Alle zeer indrukwekkend; in het bijzonder Chambord en Villandry. Het koninklijk kasteel in Amboise is ook heel mooi. De rit naar de abdij van Fontevraud was zeer zeker de moeite waard. Bovendien waren de temperaturen in deze twee weken uitstekend te noemen. Al met al hebben wij genoten van onze vakantie.
