If you want to enjoy your stay in Amboise can rest in peace, it is possible. Our house is 500 meters from Amboise and its train station and 1 km from the castle.
We offer an independent apartment for 2-5 people (the fifth being a child), with a bedroom and a double bed and two single beds in mezzanine, made simple but pleasant and relaxing.
A fireside can offer another sleeping, ideal for a child. We can also take an extra bed for baby.
The kitchenette consists of a refrigerator hob, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle.
Equipped with independent health as well as a shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as the dishes.
Free and easy parking possibility

This is a charming little apartment and was ideal for our 2 night stay near Amboise. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Chateau. Jeremy and Gwendoline were friendly and helpful.

3 days in Amboise

It was just fine for our 3 day visit in and around Amboise. Had a little trouble finding the location but finally learned our way around town. Just a couple of suggestions: clothes washer, sharp knife for bread, more fans for hot days. The owners are lovely people and couldn't have been nicer, but we were so busy we hardly saw them. Love Amboise.

Those who choose this rental will be provided a lot of value for the price. We truly enjoyed this quiet little gem. We are an older couple and appreciated ground floor entry & sleeping accommodations on lower level. The rental was located fine for the chateaus we wanted to see. We appreciated the close, informal dining places that we went to when we arrived after a tiring trip. Many thanks to our kind hostess and host for your hospitality! Quiet and clean and very, very nice newer accommodations and easy parking in front of the house. The owners were very pleasant and helpful and a delightful family. The living room wall had originally been part of an ancient building and I wondered what stories it might tell if it could talk. The front gate was always locked, however I found it unusual that there was no front door key and the wifi was not consistent. It was national free museum night and the locals dressed in period costume, it was a delightful.

Wonderful small Gite in a great location for Loire area chateau viewing. Comfortable bed, close to grocery store and very nice host family. Quiet with nice yard. We had a car so do not know about bus or train transport. Our stay was for one week and we would stay there again. Upstairs loft for chidren that we did not use.

Nous sommes globalement satisfaits de notre court séjour. La possibilité de se garer et d'aller dans le centre d'Amboise à pied est très appréciable. Le calme et la propreté sont aussi des points positifs. Quelques bémols toutefois: d'abord l'odeur de tabac (pourtant il y a deux indications d'interdiction de fumer dans le logement). Certes la description sur le site indiquait "fumeurs admis" et nous aurions pu en tenir compte. Ensuite (mais ce sont des détails) il manquerait une table de chevet et aussi quelques couverts (couteaux en particulier). Le dernier point est l'heure de départ: 10h c'est vraiment tôt, alors que l'entrée se fait à 17h.

Logement idéalement situé pour faire de jolies promenades, à pied, jusqu'à Amboise. Nous avons garé notre voiture et ne l'avons reprise que pour notre départ. Je me permets de suggérer aux hôtes des oreillers un peu plus denses. Mais ceci est à l’appréciation de chacun. Cela n'a en rien gâché notre bon séjour!

Estuve con un amigo pasando unos días en esta casa. El emplazamiento es ideal para conocer la zona del Loira. Además Amboise y Tours están muy cerca. Hay varios supermercados y la casa tiene de todo y está muy muy limpia. Solo echamos de menos un pequeño horno para poder cocinar. Sitio muy recomendable.

Très bon accueil, maisonnette très calme, bien équipée. Nos enfants ont adoré le jardinet. La situation géographique nous a permis de visiter beaucoup de châteaux sans trop faire de kilomètres. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location pour une famille avec des enfants.
