价格太实惠了，房主人给的信息也很清楚，房间设施虽然老但能用，考虑到这个价格完全可以接受。位置也很方便，如果每天要坐火车去附近城堡，住在这里比河对岸方便的多。这个区域安静但并不危险，火车站后面其实有很多小房子，关于噪音，每天晚上最多一两次火车，完全可以接受。
楼梯对大行李箱不友好。网速较慢。

Ok size, off street parking, had everything we needed
Location for overnight parking was not good. Communal entrance was not lockable. Communal staircase was filthy as well the front door was broken & some glass panels.
