About this house rental
We have a very big and beautiful apartment in our villa with his own large private Terrance, 50 m² (about 538 ft² ) with gorgeous views to the big and famous rock (Penion de Ifach). The apartment has an independent entrance from outside of the house, it occupy the whole second floor of the villa, surrounded of big windows and terraces. There is also the facilities of Swimming pool, garden, Barbecue, private Parking. It is located in a luxury Residential area of Calpe, it is very quite and in very convenient located, near the beach, Tenis Club, shopping center and near the city centre.
The villa is huge so you have the completely feeling of being alone. My mum lives on the ground floor, and she is very kind and helpful for anything you might need.
There is also washing machine facilities, WiFi, and we always provide bed sheets and bath towels included in the price, as well as the in and out cleaning is included.
Whether you are with your family, friends or with your partner you will really enjoy your Holidays here!!

Very clean and comfortable, 10 mins walk into old town.
Great outdoor roof terrace, sun virtually all day. Good sized pool and outdoor area shared with villa owner.
Grand daughter (who translated) and grandmother who lives in the downstairs accommodation extremly helpful.
Very friendly invited us for paella one evening.
Loved the homely touch. Great for anyone who does want to have a villa further out and then need a car.Also great instead of an apartment(much more space). And can walk everywhere.
If i was been really picky then there is some road noise at certain times of day, but quiet at night's

very nice apartment
close to the beach (15 min walk - with baby's stroller) - there's no villas closer, only apartments and hotel
large terrace for relaxed breakfasts with sea and Phenon d'Ifach view
A little bit noisy in the nights
The proprietor is very hospital (and special thanks for home-made paella and other tasty dishes Felicidad made for us)
