Sijainti = palvelut lähellä, tosin rantaan jonkin verran matkaa ja takas tullessa joutuu paljon kävelemään portaita ( ei huono kuntoisille ). Makuuhuoneen sänky erinomainen. Terassilta merinäköala ja aurinko paistoi aina n.klo 12.30 asti. Pyykin- ja astian pesukoneet olivat hyvä asia.
Asunto hieman "nuhjuinen", ikkunat likaiset. Pulun kakkaa parvekkeella. Sohva likainen ja huono istua. Keittiövälineitä kohtalaisesti ja isoin kattila ei soveltunut ruoan laittoon, koska ei toimi induktioliedellä. Itse puhdistimme astianpesukoneen, koska se haisi ja siellä oli ruoan tähteitä sihdissä. Vain yksi avain käytössä?

Господар дуже привітний. Ніяких проблем в тому, щоб забрати ключі, не було, все організував дуже добре. Розташування помешкання хороше, вид з балкону теж дуже красивий
Щодо чистоти є питання. Поверхнево було прибрано, але це не та чистота, яку ми очікували. Особливо вразила кількість пилу на дереві в горщику, яке знаходиться в квартирі. Це велика декоративна рослина вся вкрита пилом. Зовсім не зрозуміло навіщо вона там стоїть, якщо її ніхто не доглядає. Приходилось дихати тим пилом і його було багато
