The manager sent a video of how to collect the keys. It was a bit confusing as the location of the lockbox was around the corner of the building. A tenant helped us figure it out. The location was very good, close to the main town squares and not too far from the beach. The street in front was quite busy but did quieten down somewhat overnight. It is not a quiet residential area so if you have trouble sleeping, it might not work for you. On the plus side, these are the points I would say: there were blackout blinds on the bedroom windows, the entire space was great for 4 people as we each had our own bedroom, there were two bathrooms available. Roberto was responsive to our requests. The washing machine broke down and he replaced it the next day, very prompt. The foyer and grounds were very well kept with cleaners around constantly.
We had a few issues we didn't like and some of these have easy solutions, others not so. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water through the tap at the kitchen sink. The laundry room, bathrooms, and dishwasher all had hot water but nothing in the kitchen sink. We found this very strange. There were no drying towels or cloths for cleaning dishes. We bought a few at a local store. The oven of the stove had no racks but there were also no oven dishes for cooking so we made do. There was a microwave that looked like it could be a convection oven but there were no instructions available so we didn't want to guess. With 4 people, we like to make most meals in the accommodation but this was a problem here. The dishwasher didn't have a receptacle for utensils. We were told the water was not drinkable however the local pharmacist told us it was. The bathroom cleanliness was also an issue as there was black mold/mildew substances around the showers and tub. We had to buy cleaning materials to rectify this. For a 10 day stay, there was no extra linen or towels so we washed everything a few times. There were drying racks, good thing!

Apartamento muy amplio con terracita muy cerca del centro de Torremolinos. Entrada y salida cómoda y flexible. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión. 4 habitaciones y cocina completa. Justo debajo hay un gimnasio. a 15 min de la playa. Recomendable.
La limpieza podría mejorarse un poco...

The apartment is centrally located for everything Torromolimos offers. Inside the apartment the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very basically equipped with a hob, kettle, toaster and microwave, the oven has no shelves so you can't use it and there's very few cooking containers if you want to cook a meal. The TV is good but the settee is of poor ergonomic quality so it is uncomfortable to sit down on and is very low. The dining table is okay but the dining chairs are hard wood seats with no comfort at all.
