The location was great and the area was safe. I liked that the rooms had a separate sitting area and kitchenette. The lobby was comfortable.
Overall the hotel is old and tired. The rooms need to be improved. The couch in the sitting area was uncomfortable and no support in the springs. There were 3 days of my stay where my rooms wasn't cleaned and replenished with towels and other essentials. The show was weak and the water was tepid at best. Some of the staff there were unfriendly and not very helpful. It seemed to me that the hotel was catering to displaced families rather than people paying for their stay.
