I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and it was reasonably priced for a Holiday Inn & Suites.
Our refrigerator did not work and the AC unit was not turning off or adjusting.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
The front dedk doesn't seem to be staffed adequately, or there needs to be an alternate way to pay for snacks. I had to stand in line 10 minutes to pay for snacks.
The breakfast was not included. For 164.00 a night, a customer should get breakfast. The breakfast offered nothing more than the free breakfasts at other hotels I stay at.
