The location, amenities, and price.
The vents were dirty. I also found one cockroach inside the bathroom.

No security while going down to the laundry room.

The location was easy to get to many places by walking.
I didn’t like the location of the washer and dryer room. Too far away and in an underground parking garage. it’s kind of scary in a busy place. The bed frames also kind of stick out so you have to be careful when you’re getting in bed.

Excellent location, comfortable bed and a.c, worked great.
Total of 9 roaches during our stay. Not sure if fumigation was really done. No internet until 3rd day. Walls were filthy in kitchen and bathroom area. Drapes and Mirrors were dirty. Needs new cleaning person. Place definitely needs an upgrade. Everything old or worn out. Price was cheap compared to all other, so at the end of the day, I got what I paid for.
