Perfect for an Isla Verde Beach Getaway where guests can enjoy water sports, strolling & lounging, etc. 5 minute walk to Isla Verde's main strip. 7 minute car ride to and from the airport.
The space
A beach studio with a full kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave and stove. Coco Mar (the building) is steps away from the beach. It used to be a hotel so please note that the unit is small but includes everything you need for a comfortable and convenient vacation.

*Elevator access. Sometimes the elevator is out of order. one flight up
*Parking is on the property, first-come first-serve.
*One parking pass per stay.
*The parking pass must be displayed when you park and returned upon check-out. $5 will be charged for failing to return.

souvenir shops and major hotels.
