The apartment faces the street, but the building is ocean front property. Steps from the beach by a sidewalk to the left of the building. There are hotels, supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Less than 8 minutes from the airport! Street parking only.

Room was clean, AC was good with some additional rules which i totally understand. Beach access was not what was advertised but it was only a couple minute walk so it wasn't a big deal. Location was nice if you want to stay a little outside San Juan

The apartment building is right on the beach. To see the beach from this apartment, you have to look out the windows. The apartment was clean and pleasant. It had two air conditioners, but there was a power outage the first night and no transformers were available. The surrounding area is quiet, but there are also many restaurants, bakeries, etc. Because the building is right on the beach, finding parking during the day can be a nightmare. If you don't have a car, you won't have a problem. The beach is right there, there are restaurants, you can take an Uber to Old San Juan, etc.
