The apartment is located a few meters from the sea.
With capacity for two or three people, and with everything you need to enjoy a quiet holiday in a place away from the tourist crowds and with more charm of the island of Lanzarote.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, which once opened becomes a double bed.
The bathroom has a labadora, being able to lay on the roof of the building.
In the kitchen you have all the kitchen waxes, as well as microwave, coffee maker, water heater, toaster, etc.

Three room apartment with a washer/dryer combo. Small but good fit for solo travelers or a couple. Steps to the beach, and short distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Comfortable and cozy, really enjoyed my stay!

The apartment is fully equiped and big enough for 2. The ocean is just a few steps in front and the marvellous beach in Famara is amazing. Restaurants and bars are around the corner and a supermarket, too.

I was disappointed to have been shown several photographs on the website of a rooftop terrace with sun lounger/chairs/table when there was no roof terrace. Also there in only one small window in the entire apartment, which made the place seem a bit like a prison cell. It was very clean and had a good bed and modern furniture. The TV didn't work (no aeriel). It would ideally suit surfers looking for a cheap holiday. It was a bit noisey (neighbours back, left and right). It was close to the beach.
