Nice studio completely renovated in urbanization with swimming pools open all year, with excellent communications.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster, espresso machine, and American blender ..., as well as pans, pans, crockery, and cutlery, iron ...
It has a very comfortable double sofa bed, with viscoelastic mattress, as well as viscoelastic pillows as well. Linens and towels included.

The terrace has garden furniture (double sofa and two armchairs, and low table, and high folding to eat). It has open views of the pool and in the background you can see the sea. South orientation, so it is very bright.
The building is located in an enclosed area that has video surveillance, two fantastic swimming pools open all year, garden area and tennis court. In addition there is a bar within the urbanization, and an area of books to read for free (mostly in English).
It is a quiet area. The neighbors are mostly people who come on vacation in the summer, and almost half are foreigners (British, French, Dutch and German ...)
Bus and taxi stop right at the door. Commuter train 5 minutes walk.

Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
A deposit of 100 euros must be delivered, refundable after checking the study on the last day.
