This apartment has a comfortable double bed and a single bed in a single large open space with wooden beams on the converging ceiling and also on the floor. There is a bathroom with shower and all utilities and electric supply (phon, washing machine, internet, air conditioning, kettle, toaster and microwave).
The location is perfect, Calle Lunga San Barnaba, between San Sebastiano and Campo an Barnaba. Groceries and excellent restaurants are at walking distance and the vaporetto stop of Ca’ Rezzonico is served by both Line 1 and Alilaguna Orange to reach any amenity in town and the airport very comfortably.

La terrasse est très belle, l’appartement est mansardé mais celui lui donne du charme.. tout est bien agencé.Le quartier est magnifique:encore un peu épargné par le tourisme de masse, mais entre Rialto et Academia.. et Piazzale Roma est a 13 mn à pieds.
La rue est tranquille mais elle a 2 pas du campo San Margarita, fréquenté par les étudiants .. des commerces de bouche dans un rayon de 300m ... idéal pour une semaine en amoureux . L’agence est disponible et réactive en cas de soucis.

Nida was amazing, having missed our plane, and arriving over 6 hours later than planned she still met us at the ferry point and took us the short walk to the property. Very helpful with telling us places to see, local shopping and restaurants....very helpful and a lovely lady - we loved those glasses!
We left a bottle for you Nida!
Can't wait to go again......same place I think, so we will book early for next year!

We spent an awesome week in this beautifull studio, with a very good situation : very close to campo San Barnaba, few steps from Ca Rezonnico Vaporetto stop, on the other side close to the fantastic Zattere promenade, and five minutes walk from one of my favorite places in Venice, the Campo San Margarita, where we enjoyed spritz on every late afternoons, beside mainly venitians and some quiet tourists.The flat is a big studio (~ 50 m2) with confortables double and single bed, ideal for us (couple with teen-ager). It is fully equipped, with a very nice interior, and the amazing altana, traditional venitian terrace, above roofs and towers... a real dream ! Several supermarkets, (very good) take-away pizza or gelati, and little wine store (with bulk prosecco) are only five minutes away.Marco Malafante and the Venietiam/Red House company was very kind, they gave us a lot of advices for our arrival (route map, car parks, ...) and accompanied us from the vaporetto stop to the flat, then show us all the informations we needed to have a great stay : we thank you very much :-)I highly recommend this wonderfull place !
