This modern house is near to the village of Kinlochbervie in the Highland region and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Skipaflotta is an architecturally designed house in the remote North of Scotland. Nearby is the famous Sandwood Bay Beach backed by sand dunes and a loch. Heading North you will find Durness the most Northerly point in Scotland home of the spectacular Smoo Cave. Skipalotta has two bedrooms sleeping four people and a family sized bathroom. The ground floor is open plan, with kitchen and sitting area with a wood-burning stove. Outside you can find a private balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding area. There is ample off road parking available. This remote retreat is perfect for families or friends looking for a quiet getaway in an unspoilt part of Scotland.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter for stove inc. in rent. Town: Kinlochbervie is the most northerly of all the fishing ports and boasts a large fish handling depot from where catches are dispatched throughout Europe. Because of this the roads in the surrounding area are first class! The village itself has a well-stocked shop, a post office and hotels and restaurant that are open all year round. There is easy to access Oldshoremore Beach and Sandwood Bay Beach.

Wir sind sehr nett vom Vermieter aufgenommen worden. Er wohnt gleich neben an im spiegelverkehrtem Haus zum Mietobjekt.Er war immer bemüht zu helfen war aber nur da wenn man ihn brauchte also keineswegs aufdringlich.Das Haus hat eine extrem tolle Ausstattung.Hier wurde an nichts gespart.Die Lage ist sehr einsam mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer.Leider kein deutsche Sender im Fernsehen zu finden.Immer wieder sehr gerne , sehr zu empfehlen.
