The Rural House has a large living room, double height and with direct access to the porch and garden, has 3 double bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor, a room with billiards, the fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, on the ground floor with shower and on the first floor with bathtub.
It has a wooden porch-terrace, south facing and a private interior garage.
The garden is independent, has a factory barbecue and is completely fenced.
Pets are allowed, upon request, there is a supplement.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, Law 42/2010, of December 30, 2010.
The ID of all guests is requested at the entrance of the house to register them in the Passenger Entry Part according to Ordem INT / 1922/2003 of July 3.

Alojamiento 100% recomendable. Pasamos un fin de semana familiar y pudimos hacerlo en compañia de nuestros perros ( lo que era un poco complicado ya que uno de ellos es considerado PPP) La casa es enorme, cuenta con un jardín que es una delicia y zona chill out y barbacoa. Pueblo muy tranquilo con un mercadona grande a escasos 10 min en coche.

Wunderschönes, freundlich eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes und geräumiges Haus mit gepflegtem Garten und angenehmer Terrasse sowie Parkplatz vor der Tür in ruhiger Lage.
Ideal für Ausflüge in die absolut sehenswerte Stadt Burgos (zehn Minuten Fahrzeit bis zur Innenstadt) und auch in die interessante Umgebung. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter und reichlich Informationsmaterial mit Stadtplänen, Ausflugshinweisen usw. und auch ein turnierfähiger Billardtisch in der Wohnung als Alternativprogramm zu Besichtigungen oder Wanderungen.
Insgesamt für Autoreisende vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.

A really lovely house, we had a very comfortable and relaxing week. Great location for getting around the various cities and sights. Loved the veranda area for eating and sitting out. And such welcoming and friendly owners. Thank you.
