About this villa rental
This villa offers fantastic value for money. The price you see is the price you pay. If you want the air conditioning a flat fee of €20 per week extra covers that.
The location is perfect for everyone from couples to large families of up to eight. Beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Set over two levels the villa itself villa offers spacious, private accommodation for up to eight people. Smaller groups and couple will pay a little less.
There is a a private solar heated pool, sun bathing areas, shaded outdoor dining and entertaining area plus extensive indoor facilities including a TV room with cable TV in most languages including the main channels you are used to, DVD player, books, games and DVDs.
Free WiFi fibre optic internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has luxury granite work surfaces and you can dine and relax indoors in the main salon.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms or shower rooms and their own TV. The villa is brilliantly located for both daytime and night time holiday activities.
The garden area is completely fenced off so no worries about shildren getting our into the street outside.
Ideal for: We recommend this accommodation for sun-seekers, activity holidays (such as mountain cycling) and, of course, golfers. There are eight golf courses on Gran Canaria two of which are in Maspalomas. We enjoy an excellent climate all the year round.
Is our villa right for you?: We have made every effort to make this accommodation safe and secure. Smoke detectors are fitted, fire extinguishers are provided and exit routes are clearly signed. There is a first aid kit in the property. There are NO GAS APPLIANCES in the property. The outdoor areas have tiles which are designed to reduce the chance of slipping.
Please note there are two flights of stairs - one of these can be secured using an internal door and the other using an external child gate for the protection for young children. The swimming pool is approximately 1.4 meters (4 feet 6 inches) deep and can be fenced off for the protection of young children. A life ring is provided. We happily accept parties including children, however it is the responsibility of the adults in the party to ensure the welfare of those children at all times.

After another villa owner cancelled on us at very short notice we were desperate to find a place to stay for a much awaited family holiday. Richard and Lexi steppedup and despite being on holiday themselves sorted our booking at their villa.We were not in any way disappointed and this villa turned out to be better in every way than our original booking. It’s located in a very quiet area with great transport links, both bus stops and taxi ranks just a few mins walk away. It’s close to several supermarkets and just across the road from a very nice golf course.The pool was used a lot and we never needed the TV’s in nearly every room as it was just so nice to sit outside and spend time playing games from the well stocked games/book cupboard in the living room.We had a superb time thank you and if we ever needa place in Gran Canaria again for a big group you will be our first choice!Finally they were able to sort a licensed transfer for us all back to the airport, it was a very reasonable cost, but what we were not expecting was a 48 seat coach for 6 of us!Thanks again!

Our family of 8 have just returned from a week’s stay and loved every moment of it! It’s a beautiful villa that had everything we needed and more, and Richard and Lexie were such wonderful hosts. We will absolutely be looking to stay again!

Great hosts, property and location

As a group of 3 couples and a child we were delighted to come across this house with 4 bedrooms all en-suite! The house was spacious enough for us all with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. If anything the photos make the outdoor space look smaller than it is. The huge outdoor dining table under a terrazzo was perfect for meals. There are two loungers on the terrazzo and a small couch for when you need some shade. There are 6 sunloungers around the pool which again wasn’t as small as it looked in the pictures. Lovely roof terrace with gorgeous sunset views. Each bedroom has an electric ceiling fan which was great in the heat at night. The kitchen has two large fridges one is a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob - everything your kitchen at home has. The TV room was great to chill in too especially for the child in our group who found the heat a bit too much! All the channels available.
There is an alarm on the house and storefront style shutters for added security.
The location is perfect for visiting all parts of the island. We had a hire car but you could easily get about using taxis or bus. Ten minute walk to Holiday world which has a fantastic food court with lovely views, a funfair and sports bar. It is a 20 minute walk to Meloneras beach and shopping area.
Faro 2 shopping centre is behind the house which is very run down compared to years ago with most of the shops and restaurants closed but it does have a small hiper Dino supermarket, bike rental, pharmacy and a bar open which was handy when you needed basics. There is a large Hiper Dino, Lidl and Mercadona in San Fernando (5 min drive).
We used a taxi website to book taxis to the house when needed. Check in was quick and Lexie was able to accommodate a late check out which was fantastic. The house was also cleaned half way through our stay with beds changed etc. The hosts are very friendly and approachable and have outdone themselves with this rental thinking of everything (even a baby gate at the pool).
Can not fault this house and hope to return again. Thank you Lexie and Richard 💫
