Characteristic manor house 5km from Santa Teresa Gallura along the coast to Castelsardo with private paved access and illuminated about 500mt. Equipped with automatic gate, located in 14 hectares of lush Mediterranean vegetation and natural pond. The dominant position at 75mt s. L.M. facing west, allows you to enjoy a 180 ° panoramic view of the French, Asinara, Cape Head, Monte Ruju. The perfect partnership between sea and countryside is ideal for lovers of privacy and naturalists. The distance from the sea is about 850 mt with the nearby beaches of Rena Majore and Pultiddolu. The building of 160 square meters on a single floor divided into several areas has all the characteristics of rural houses (stazzi), surrounded by a large enclosed garden, fully equipped with every comfort. The large veranda to the west, convenient for dinners at sunset, introduces the entrance to the living area completely and view: large kitchen in masonry-dining area, living room with fireplace, study with fireplace and sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and one single with two bathrooms, one in the room and a hallway / ironing room. We accept 5 people, pets and smokers. In the basement there is a cellar with boiler room and laundry room. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and super-equipped, the furniture diffuses a sober and joyful warmth. At about 600 meters, in the village La Liccia, our guests can take advantage of a 7mtx15 swimming pool with lifeguard shared with the guests of the village and of Villa La Liccia respecting the surveillance hours. The custody and care of the property and our guests for any need are guaranteed by the hostess at times to be agreed upon. At guests' disposal: sheets and towels, detergents and basic toilet. At your arrival you will find a small initial courtesy fee. It is possible to request an optional housekeeper.

Une très belle et confortable maison familiale au plein milieu de la nature. Superbe vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil. Un beau jardin très bien entretenu. La maison est très bien équipée et ne manque de rien. On se sent chez soi! Parfait pour une famille avec enfants ou deux couples. Sonia et Sara ont été très réactives, disponibles et sympathiques. Une très belle plage est à quelques minutes en voiture ainsi qu'un grand choix de commerces . Pour ceux qui apprécient la tranquillité. Voiture indispensable. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine! Wir haben das Haus geliebt. Es ist so individuell wie ein echtes Zuhause. Und auch, wenn der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß doch etwas weiter ist, so ist der Strand wunderbar und war Anfang Oktober nur spärlich besucht.
Misia, Sonia und Sara waren rührend um uns besorgt und sind zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht.
Das Objekt ist toll für Ruhesuchende und Familien, die nicht den Trubel suchen. Die nächsten Supermärkte und Restaurants sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Den Mietwagen braucht man unbedingt.

Voilà une maison charmante, bien agencée et équipée qui domine les alentours dans laquelle nous pourrions vivre et où nous avons passé un séjour d'une dizaine de jour très agréable. Le panorama sur la mer et les couchers de soleil sont splendides. Les plages à proximité sont superbes et non surpeuplées. La station balnéaire de San Teresa di Gallura située à 10 minutes est à taille humaine et propose tous les services.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil attentionné de notre hôte Sonia..
