A fresh and modern studio flat in the heart of the West End, London. This is the perfect base for an extended stay in central London. Forget about tubes and taxis - walk to the theatre, walk to Oxford Street, walk everywhere in mere minutes!

A bright and modern living room with contemporary decor. Large, double glazed windows and hardwood floorboards run throughout. The studio is fully furnished including a sofabed, dining table and chairs plus a comfy queen sized bed. There is also a flat-screen, internet enabled TV allowing streaming if you have the relevant accounts. Quality linen, newly laundered and pressed, is provided for each stay.
KITCHEN
A separate and stylish kitchen is fully equipped including an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
BATHROOM
Modern, fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. Starter toiletries and fluffy white towels are provided as standard.
TRANSPORT
- Goodge Street underground - Northern Line - 5 minute walk away - travel zone 1.
- Oxford Circus underground - Bakerloo, Victoria and Central lines - 10 minute walk away - travel zone 1.
- Tottenham Court Road underground - Central & Northern Lines - 7 minutes walk - travel zone 1.
GENERAL
- A dryer is located in the communal area for the exclusive use of the studios.
- There are three studios in this building, each individually styled and unique.
- The studio is on the third floor and the building is a walk up - no lift.
- The studio sleeps two people in one queen sized bed. If you are two people but would like to use the sofa-bed please add this to the booking form

This is a superb location to immerse yourself in the best London has to offer. Many of the must see sites are on your doorstep including the prestigious British Museum. Fitzrovia is a creative neighbourhood and home to many architects, film production companies and famous advertising agencies. There are small, private art galleries dotted throughout the area and international cuisine is to be found around each corner. Academia and commerce combine to give Fitzrovia a gentle but vibrant atmosphere - it is a pleasure to wander the side streets but if you do become a bit worn out by urban life stroll up to Regents Park in ten minutes.

Great location and communication from the host. Property is perfectly fine but a little warn and tired. Long steep climb up to 3rd floor which I was aware of and didn’t bother me but might be difficult for some. Especially with luggage. Overall a very good stay.

Our week in London was made so much easier by the location of this flat in Fitzrovia. To Americans, the neighborhood will be reminiscent of Greenwich Village in NY: lots of shops, restaurants, fast foods, and, generally, a lot of life. The location is central to just about everything, easy walking distance to Leicester, Trafalgar and Piccadilly, plus convenient to several Underground lines. And the Underground is a miracle of efficiency.
The flat had everything we needed and was perfectly lovely. However...
The ad for this flat is misleading. Simply saying "Not Handicapped Accessible" or "No Lift" does not convey the fact that you will have to haul your suitcase up three steep flights of stairs (because the ground floor is Floor Zero, so the third floor is the fourth floor). This will be extremely challenging for older travelers. We found that, once we reached the room at the end of the day, we weren't wild about going out because we knew we'd have to trudge up 3 flights of stairs--again.

Loved the property for our quick four day trip, had everything we needed and was in an amazing area, close to transportation and amazing restaurants.

I usually stay in hotels but was persuaded to try an apartment on my latest trip to London which was for several weeks. I found this studio to be similar to a hotel room but significantly larger, and with more useful amenities. Having a kitchen, washing machine and a dryer, all in house, is a definite advantage. You dont get the daily maid service that you do in hotels and there is no reception nor staff in the building but that was not important for this trip. It is also a very central neighborhood and near to Goodge St station. Dealing with The London Agent was very easy through out the trip and helped convert me to booking apartments in the future.. I will be sure to contact you for the next stay next year.
