Convenient location, we could use the main bedroom and sofa bed after communicating with the host and explaining my mum had had surgery, the flat had most facilities (a tea towel would be useful to dry up kitchen items) and the areas were clean. The beds were comfortable.
The main bedroom windows allowed quite a lot of street noise through (and it's not the busiest road!). One night was particularly wet/windy and we had to wedge card into the window frame to avoid it rattling/knocking when trying to sleep.

if you are looking for homely comfort and clean bright surrounding, well appointed appartment with every thing you need, this is for you..
If you are looking for The Langham The Grosvenor or The Ritz,,,,,,,,this probably isnt for you
We came to London for one night to go to the Palladium and a look round Oxford Street area. This Stay was ideal and excellent value for momey.
If you are coming by train then you need bo heading for Tottenham Court Rd or prefereably Goodge Street itself. The Flat is 75 yrds away form latter.
The flat is on the second floor up several short flights of stairs. Entry with codes is easy
Lots of eateries close by and Sainsburies Super Market between flat and Goodge Street station.
Its on a main street in the West end of London and there will be people walking about in street you have to accept that.

Initial contact wasnt brilliant but excellent there after. Use Booking.com messaging to get started or WATSAP.
Take your own coffee as the coffee in the flat was awful...and if that all i can find wrong then its not bad is it ...
