The London Nest: 2BR City Haven

The place is huge and the photos do not do the size justice. Anything you would need, in an apartment, was provided. It’s very smart with lovely decor. The information/welcome pack details everything you’d need and when I had one small issue, communications to resolve were swift and effective. The location is just off Great Portland Street and a five minute walk to Warren Street Station. There are lots of great pubs, and restaurants, nearby…I have to shout out the Prince of Wales Feathers and the Agra, such good food from both. I would stay here again any day.

Code collection for the keys was cumbersome and is an area for improvement. Other than that, nothing.

Spacious Great location

2 exterior doors in rooms that didn’t lock. Extractor fan in main bathroom was too noisy to turn on, so the bathroom lights couldn’t be on either as on the same switch, only had the mirror light. Lots of dirty towels in laundry cupboard and storage cupboard. I tried to extend by two days on Booking.com but it did not allow this, so I had to make a second booking resulting in 2 cleaning fees for only 1 clean. This was reported to the property manager who was going to request a cleaning refund
